trueblooded @glamstarky Dear Glamberts! we have some news about Queen+ Adam show in Moscow. It MOVED to 3 of July. You dont have to change your concert tix. Retweeted by Adam Lambert' fans I can't even begin to tell you the range of emotions that are going through me currently. Yesterday, I was just mostly sad that I would not be able to work the London shows into my schedule, but now this Moscow change has sent me over the fucking edge!!! I AM DONE with all this bullshit. It has cost me thousands of dollars, and many hours of planning and replanning. I know it is no ones fault but my own for booking gigs that are on the other side of the world, but I am just beside myself. It was fun dreaming of how incredible this would have been with all of you, but the fun is SOOOOOO totally gone from it for me. I am going to see what money I can salvage from al this bullshit, and chalk it up for a really bad learning experience. I have struggled most my life from making poor financial decesions, and this one is just the icing on the cake for me. I'm so sorry, Kanadie. |

Ohhh I can almost imagine how you must feel.. :( I could still go to Moscow, but I just spent yesterday, doing more change fees on two different airlines, to accomodate the fact that I couldn't make the London dates, and I am sure as hell not going to change my flights and hotels for a third time. I am over just a $1000 dollars just in change fees. I am so done, and so pissed at all these changes, that I just can't even enjoy any of it anymore. I am going to lick the wounds and see what I can salvage money wise, as I can not trust any of these people anymore, not to keep making changes. |

Maybe you are being reactionary right now and you can salvage this Moscow date. Try to think calmly. Take a few deep breaths. The Moscow date is only 4 days off from the original. Could you make some slight changes to your travel plans? If you are going to lose thousands would a few hundred make a big difference. Think think, think. Breathe, breathe, breathe! In 4 months I don't want to see you regret cancelling. Walk away from the computer and take a little time to think about this. Sending you hugs!  |

I agree kanadie walk away and don't do anything for a few days. Just take a few days to think about this.
I am just the other way I over think things and miss out.

Oh Kanadie, I'm so sorry. I walked away from my bookings and waited and everything fell into place yesterday, after waiting several weeks. I had nonrefundable bookings and I was besides myself. Promoters are a pain in the arse. They have no idea what it does to people's schedules and bookings. I don't fault Adam or Queen. I fault money grubbing promoters.
Try stepping back for a bit, and wait. remember we all have bucket lists. We don't want to have regrets.

I appreciate all the support and words of encouragement, but here is the main problem. The one most important thing I need for all this to come together, and now the cheapest part of it all..My Concert Ticket for Moscow, is all riding on a promise from a girl named Olga, that I actually have a ticket reserved for me. It is not paid for, nor is it even anything more than an email, and I have to go on the faith that it really exists until the day of the show, when I would go pick it up and pay for it in Moscow. Can't TRUST that this won't change again or for that matter cancel completely. At least I had not finished my final step like momtomany had and actually finished processing my Tourists Visa with the Russian Consulate here in the USA. She is going to have a handful of headaches ahead of her I would imagine, getting that all changed around. Sorry momtomany! |
