Adam Lambert performed a gorgeous, stripped-down rendition of “Aftermath.” David Cook’s “Don’t You Forget About Me” got an all-too-brief introduction during the exit package. I tried singing "anytime anybody" really fast like Adam did and my tongue gets twisted. . . boy, that is hard. That boy has a talented tongue (Seacrest tm)...ok, don't mind me. Just giddy from all the gorgeousness tonight!!!!

OK, so I haven't watched yet - so nervous and I want to watch it during the show itself, which starts in about 45 minutes here. But - risking coming off as an entitled fan - WHERE THE HECK IS MYS*&@^#R? Dying to hear how it was for her!

This was a very pretty and emotional version. Adam was really selling the lyrics. It was almost like he was talking to the folks that this remix will benefit and all of the rest of us too. This was important. My thoughts exactly... so sincere. What a class act. HE.WAS.GORGEOUS! ST's reaction was a puzzle. Was he stunned by GNAFL's megawatt voice/energy/charisma so close up? We know it's mesmerizing... Was he disappointed with the choice of this song and would have loved to hear Adam belt out a rock cover ? That's my take. He wasn't crazy about the song... |

WTAF are you people talking about??????!!!!!!!!It was BRILLIANTI taped it to watch after it was over so I didn't have to watch Idol and then when I saw a few of the comments I was scared to watch it - ok I am a bit fat chicken - whatever. OMG.....I loved it sooooooo much. Arghhhhhhhhh ITA!!!!!!! It was brilliant!!!! Sooooooo proud of him! Just got home from work. Watched the stream from there before leaving and DO I EVEN WANT TO KNOW WHAT THIS IS ABOUT?? Do not MAKE me have to start conking heads together. I AGREE SPRING2009. If there is angst on pages further back, I want no part of it. |
