I've just received an email from the Global Store: 'We want to let you know that your recent order was shipped today. Glam Nation Live CD/DVD' That's allowing 12 days for delivery. Is there any chance in the world that it could take any less than that? Does anyone know what mailing company is used? I've ordered from Amazon as well and am sure that it will arrive on 22nd. But what if the official one gets here sooner than that :D :D :D. Pleeeeeeeease - Whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo . Hey!!!!Wooohoooo!!!!!!! I WANT MINE TOO!!!!

I hope it’s ok for me to interrupt the flow here. I have a RL Adam story! I took a friend to a Dr’s appointment this morning and while she’s with the Dr I’m bored in the waiting room. A big guy in his 70’s or thereabouts is across from me and we’re both staring at The View on TV. The View gals start to discuss last night’s Idol. Turns out this guy watches the show every week so we talked about the contestants. Finally he says “Adam Lambert is supposed to be on tonight.” I feel myself go immediately into defensive mode. I say “And?” expecting the I CAN’T STAND HIM HE SCREAMS! response. He says “He’s GREAT. He can sing anything! I can’t understand how he lost to that other guy!” My entire body relaxes, I smile broadly and tell him I’m a huge Adam Lambert fan. We talk about how fabulous he is and then guy says “I don’t know what he’s going to do tonight.” HaHa. He does now! This made my day (my night is already made!) and I just had to share. Goes to show the old adage you can’t judge a book by the cover is so true. I had already written this guy off as an Adam-hater just because: 1) He was a guy 2) He was old 3) He was big Thanks for letting me interrupt. Now I’ll go back and try to catch up. Hah! Great story jazzrocks!! I can totally relate with the "feel myself going into defensive mode" part. I do it myself, in fact it's a physical reaction....I literally tense up. If I had hackles they'd be raised! Hee! (so pleased the big guy was a fan). ....about Adam's merchandize.....the man would not be caught dead in any of it. I don't understand why it's so horrible.

In the past my orders had been delivered by UPS Ground service. But I've never ordered anything from outside of the US.

When I watched AI8, I followed the voting on DialIdol, which is a site that measures the busy signals to determine votes. It was very accurate most of the time for the top vote getters, depending on how close the votes are. Sometimes the top 4 could end up in a different order, but were always the top 4, if I remember correctly, which, as you know, ain't always so. :-/. Before I get poofed from this thread into the AI one, I willl make this "thread appropriate" by noting that it appears GNAFLS' twat may have helped Pia, or she was really good without his help ???: 1. Scotty McCreery 2. James Durbin 3. Jacob Lusk 4. Pia Toscano This site is also 95% accurate for the booted contestant, until the very end, when the votes are really close.

During Christmas time it took 2 months to get them. BUT the last time i ordered the red label EP with poster i got it in 10 days.

I've been trying to see on tinterweb how long these things might take, but as I don't know the method it's a bit difficult. I think UPS is for larger parcels(?). I'll have a look at that and USPS. Ta muchly, again . ETA: thanks Zinnia and Gelly; now I'm in turmoil ???. I'll think I'll hang my hopes on Gelly's 10 day delivery : .
