Here is a blast from the past and still one of my favorites. He is funky, jazzy, sexy, and cheeky all at the same time. I love where he pets the piano at 2:25, orders desert at 3:02, takes a sip of his drink and sets up for that final incredible run at 4:22; while conducting the piano player through out the whole performance. It is also a great example of how he sings with his whole body. Love it. Thanks for reminding me to watch it again.

Love all the New Year's Eve performances at the Upright Cabaret, but especially this. He's so relaxed and funny. "a text message is NOT ok" lol. Thanks for posting this! |

It was wonderful, Linda  He does sing with his whole body, from the tip of his stylish coiffure down to his manicured toe. Ok, my favourite pre-idol performance is this (his smile at 0:17ish is GOLDEN) A couple of years later, Tabernacle, Atlanta, saying goodbye to LP. What a change, from a sweet, cute, innocent, take-me-home&introduce-me-to-your-mama boy to this hot,sexy rock god from planet Fierce, with the glittery dreads, all with gyrating and hip thrusting and what not. Love, LOVE both performances:))) |

Am I the only one surprised shocked that tickets for Adam's appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show is still available, and wasn't sold out immediately when announced?? ??? Lookin at you theosgma..  www.1iota.com/Someone just asked this in the Kimmel thread. Adam's and one other are the only 2 on the Kimmel site that are Outdoor Shows. All the ones that say Sold Out are indoor, limited seating. I imagine, they can fit as many as they want into the outdoor space. I have heard it is a parking lot behind the El Capitan Theatre. Ahh glad to hear I wasn't the only one wondering about this.. I wonder how many they can fit into the parking lot.. |
