Sweet essay NoAngel!!
Im one of those that starts twittering and posting as you see the night coming in.
There's a few familiar faces that join me at the bar as their "shift" comes in.
Its all sweet.

Holy crap!!! Just spent the last 30 min. in the bathtub with a big comforter & big pillows over me. Damn sirens went off about 11:30pm for a tornado warning. Wind came up so fast, no way to leave.
It's over now, but my adrenalin isn't. Did get the kitties in their carriers and in the b/r with me. They were so quiet, they knew. Old girl, Sasha, was under the bed. Probably as safe as we were and no way to get her out. She'll be there all night now, for sure.
Think we had straight line winds...it roared pretty good for a while. And, it seems it was a bit north of me, Thank God. There have been several tornados all over the state tonight too. I'll be so glad when this day/night is over, but high wind warning tomorrow, but no storms. :/
Sorry for being OT. Just kinda freaked out right now. Tried to find out where there was a shelter close by earlier and couldn't find anything online. Talked to my son and he didn't think anything was going to happen.
And, it had been quiet for several hours, although I'd been watching the weather channel. Was expecting it to come from the SW and it came straight from the W. SW is the other end of the city as I'm NW.
OMG...my heart is racing...lol!! I think I'm too fuckin' old for this shit.
Think I'll listen to Adam for a while. Almost ran in here and grabbed my CDs....lmao! The things you think of. Sheesh!!
Sorry so long, guys. You can delete if ya want, or I can. Trying to calm down.

Glittergma ... glad you and all those around you , are safe... I do not sleep regularly now , just have a lot on my mind... and when I heard about NCOE being the next single...the phrase inter phased with what I was going through.. no not insomnia episodes , but this need to make sure that I do not miss to experience life ... as there seems to be a lot of really small components in our lives that happen in seconds , that if we close our eyes even for a second .. we will miss them... and miss out on experiencing such uniqueness... I used to think that events, happenings, experiences have to be grand to be of significance..that I have to be in constant motion to celebrate life.. but I have learned that even feeling the slight caress of the breeze on my face ... or seeing rain drops as if time had stood still.... is in itself a grand experience .... There are many thoughts... many aspirations ,... many feelings that Adam is now putting into life in his new album... and his trespassing is an awakening I look forward to.... OUT OF THE BOX

Good Morning!  NoAngel, your essay was so true.  For us europeans it's like when we are sleeping, something exciting is happening in the US. And having a full time job isn't really helping with the Adam stanning either...lol. But this international aspect is also very interesting and rewarding.
