------------- Looks like the voting in Q102 is done: www.q102.com/pages/ai-brackets/Tbh, I am glad that Adam went out against DC, where it is utterly clear to any insider that the Glamberts just did not show up to fight this battle, rather than waiting til one of the next rounds (against Carrie or prob. in following round Archie) where somebody could get the idea that it is a true reflection of the fan bases. May the DC fans rejoice in their win. They have very little else to flail about. DC does not walk on water for any Russian magazines these days. Totally agree with everything you said. I refuse to vote on "Idol Centric" polls... I hope David Cook fans enjoy their "win".

IDK...
there's a part of me that could just stare at Adam for oh about three hours and feel blissed out.
Its his gorgeous shape sure, and the way he adorns and highlights it,
but its also all those layers around and in him that come together and create this presence.
I'll bet he had a hand in choosing the clothes or the scene - he's just so AWARE.

Outside of that singing , Cook vibes to me as your average person with perhaps a level of constipation. With Adam its always been the talent, and the heart behind the talent - since both are so exceptional - there are so few performers in that "whole package" category.

About Q102, did you notice that David Archuletta beat Kelly?
It wouldn't surprise me if it came down to a battle of the 2 Davids. I didn't watch AI until I began to hear about Adam, and haven't watched it since except the few times Adam has been back.
But David vs. David is totally "in the bubble". So, I'm glad that Adam joins Kelly as a "loser".

Anjalee, I love how you said "his face has content!" You know you may have hit on why all his pics are so amazing. His face is never blank or empty! GAH! Can not stop staring at this pic. Just made it the wallpaper on my phone!

[quote author=wal Here is Dorian's cover. www.adamofficial.com/us/node/2132918[/quote] I really love the shade of blue they chose for the Dorian background. It is an evocative colour - very fifties.

Does anyone else feel that Adam seems to speak a little bit more freely in interviews done outside the U.S.? ETA: Or are the questions different/better? Hard to know since we don't know of the context of the translations. When people are translating literally, a lot of the subtext is lost. With Google, it's even more so. He does seem to be more candid with gay publications though. He's always taking his audience into account and likely figures stans are the ones who will read regardless, so takes that leap of faith to not guard himself. In summary (yes, I've been sneaking some of Burrito's wine) : My guess is he candid in a "different way" with gay publications. Some of the "directness" of foreign publications can be chalked up to translation and overall he always keeps his audience in mind. Not a whole lot if you can type such a reasoned post. Since you popped my posting cherry tonight (I've had a wee bit more than you so I've totally lost my filter this new pic is so good and so memorable I had to share it with family members who heretofore have worried over my Adam obsession. (heretofore - who uses that?!) They loved it...so much so they forgot to harangue me about my obsession. (harangue - who uses that?!) An inebriated burrito, that's who!!!! ETA: Speaking of filter I wish someone would ask Adam if he's developed a filter over the last three years. I think I know the answer but I'd love to see him mull the question over in his mind then give us the answer we didn't know we wanted.

(this stuff Im studying is amazing and its great to have other people confirm it) sometimes he emits so much "content" its like his eyes are a whole smoky bluesy secret affair and trysts in a dimly lit cafe.
