That's what I thought too but Jim said if you want it on the countdown you have to vote for it! What does that mean? : I think it means that when Jim recorded that they had no idea it was being taken off. :( Jim is a Glambert for sure! Every week they play clips from #21, 22, 23 and explain that these are videos that just missed the countdown and if you want them on you need to vote for them. It is not anything he was saying specifically to Adam fans. Unfortunately since BTIKM was removed from the voting page we obviously can't vote for it. But this is in no way any kind of comment on Adam or the fans. It is a standard part of the countdown every single week.

Since it is a quiet day, this might interest you. Music Industry Groups, Digital And Cellular Interests Reach Royalty DealThe agreement between RECORDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA (RIAA), NATIONAL MUSIC PUBLISHERS’ ASSOCIATION (NMPA) and DIGITAL MEDIA ASSOCIATION (DiMA) fully resolves the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) Rate Proceeding under Section 115 of the Copyright Act. The new pact, which HYPEBOT.COM linked to, keeps the current song rate of 9.1 cents for downloads, CDs and other physical formats, 24 cents for ringtones, and the same formulas, with limited changes, used to determine the mechanical rate for different kinds of subscription and free interactive-streaming services. What's more, new rate formulas for five new digital business models have been established: * For paid locker services such as iTUNES, music publishers will get a mechanical rate of 12% of revenue or 20.65% of total content cost or 17 cents per subscriber, whichever is greater. * For digital lockers that provide free cloud storage with a download purchase, music publishers will get 12% of revenue or 22% of the total cost of content, whichever is greater. * For mixed bundles that incorporates a music service into a cell phone services subscription rate, music publishers get 11.35% of revenue or 21% of total content cost, whichever is greater. * For a limited interactive service that offers limited amounts of music to certain genres or playlists that can be accessed at a lower price, music publishers will get 10.5% of revenue or 21% of total cost or 18 cents per subscriber, whichever is greater. * For music bundles that offers a download with the sale of a CD album, music publishers will get 11.35% of revenue or 21% of total content cost. more www.allaccess.com/net-news/archive/story/104719/music-industry-groups-digital-and-cellular-interes?ref=mail_news

What does that mean? : I think it means that when Jim recorded that they had no idea it was being taken off. :( Jim is a Glambert for sure! Yeah, he was almost begging people to vote....and he played a long, long clip of the video. A fan for sure. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Shadow and Dreadnaught!!I was worried about you last night glittergma...happy to hear you and your kitties are okay. Stay safe girl (and for heaven's sake find out where your local shelter is for the next time! ). Q3...agreed. However we interpret the word Trespassing, Adam is emboldened by HIS perception, and it charges his performance....I love how fierce that song is. NoAngel...great essay this morning! The 24 hour window of Adam news is both exhilarating and exhausting, agreed! ladymaserati...miss you, hope all is well. *waves* rihannsu...just read your post re: VH1 countdown. I didn't realize that....I DID think the BTIKM clip was exceptionally long but haven't paid attention to past procedure. You're probably correct.

Just checked other albums that are on pre-sale and only a few have snippets of all the songs. John Mayer does, Train doesn't!
