Both NCOE & Trespassing have fallen a bit. As of 4:50 pm....
NCOE:
Pop - 17
Overall - 43
Trespassing:
Pop - 11
Overall - 31
Any way to estimate sales for NCOE based on its iTunes position compared to BTIKM's first week? BTIKM peaked at #19 but I think it fell fairly quickly after that?
And how about estimates for Tsp? On twitter ppl are guessing anywhere from 60K to 200K. No way will it be close to 200K. That's a pipe dream. Closer to 70-80K would be my guess.

OK the fans have bought Trespassing,now time for the public to hear the snippets,time for TV,radio and working the magic.. Oh and yes VH1 top 20.. all the above also for Never Close Our Eyes.. are you listening RCA?

BTIKM peaked at #19 overall and #11 Pop. So it went higher. Since NCOE was a free single, like I said yesterday, I don't think these sales comparisons to BTIKM even mean anything. I'll make a sales prediction after a few days though. Need to see how fast it either falls or maintains. And as far as Trsp. goes, I'd say wait to see how fast NCOE moves up the radio charts. I do know that i-Tunes doesn't sell many albums so most of the sales will come from AO, stores, and Amazon! I am full of non-predictions today, aren't I! ;D |

I know the album sales for iTunes are minimal. Walmart & B&N look good although I'm a little disappointed in the Amazon #.
I think many STANS found a way to get around the free NCOE DL. Buying an extra one on Amazon, etc. I followed your suggestion on twitter and gifted one to myself at an alternate email. Great idea!

But the funny thing is the songs behind BTIKM are WAY behind so BTIKM will be Top 20 for awhile!  |

Chances are that RCA stopped aggressively pushing the song to HAC a couple of weeks ago, also. This is typical. |

It's great that btikm is starting to disappear, as it means ncoe is coming--I hope. Next week, esp week after next, will be important. Adds dates are not that meaningful, which is one reason why I started to get queasy about btikm before its adds date. If stations want to add, they will. I think stations will add ncoe |
