Gah, I so understand. Listening to Underneath is such a different reaction then when listening to Adele's Someone Like You. SLY made me get chills, goosebumps, and tears just flowed softly. Underneath feels like something grips you and just rips your heart out, and makes you hurt all over, and you want to ball up in a corner and cry. At least it has this reaction on me. Agree. SLY is melancholy and reflective. Underneath is painful. I just wrote this in the vocal masterclass thread: Read more: adamtopia.com/index.cgi?board=vocal&action=display&thread=28&page=39#ixzz1sMWKHoAiGreat comments people. I love reading about the nuances of people's experiences and responses

There is a GA ticket for 1900 pounds (that's like $3000) for one ticket. For that price, I would have to be front and center with my boobs resting on the stage. Wondering if this ticket has something else attached with it, we don't know about. So for those who may want to upgrade, or haven't bought, there is a lot out there now.

Oh good, Cassie, you're still here, I've got a question for you, if you don't mind. Do you think Adam can perform "Underneath' live? 'cause he said some songs were just too hard to do live, like CLYG which I absolutely love! thx! I can't stop listening to "Underneath", it's just so painfully beautiful!

I feel the same about SLY, it's more reflective. In DYR, it is more like Adele is pleading with her X-lover. I've always thought it sounded like she was crying through the song, her words have pain and tears behind them. Adele and Adam are artists who know how to let their listeners share in their pain, anger or joy through their raw emotions in their songs. It really is a rare gift and clearly something that people respond to. Then again, I can see why Adam said Adele's SLY is the song he listens to over and over: music.aol.com/sessions/adele-someone-like-you-sessions
