a note..Tel Aviv is noted as one of the world's best cities for gay men. IMHO Adam has lots of Jewish support,it's just that American Jews for the most part are assimilated and ,don't often identify themselves as Jewish when supporting Adam.I'm a good example, even though I'll throw out a yiddish word here and there.LOL I do hope Adam plays Tel Aviv on the next tour!!! Adam actually mentioned wanting to go to Tel Aviv. The article didn't say whether he wanted to perform there or just visit. Sorry I can't remember where I read that. :-/ |

Hello Everyone! I am a longtime lurker finally joining in! I have loved Adam since Idol, and I have followed along here since Planet Fierce days. Even though I am new to you, I feel like many of you are old friends! I have long given up trying to figure out what draws me to Adam, I just know he calls out to me, like a pied piper, and makes me do crazy things, like travel long distances. I was lucky enough to see GNT in Hammond, Knoxville, Nashville, Tampa and Hollywood Hardrock. The reason I am delurking today is because Adam has now called me to London! I have tickets for both nights and I am really hoping to connect with those that are going! I will look in the members only thread for details. I am also hoping to meet many more of you during this new era! I absolutely love all of the snippets and can't wait to hear them live! I will probably not post a lot, because I'm usually way behind, but I do appreciate so many of you for the information you bring, the pretty pictures, the different perspectives and of course the humor! Hey guys !!!!! how ya doin' !!! since it's a relatively slow day , I'd like you guys to see some of my Adam fan art They were taken by my crappy camera , I was waiting for a scanner , but anyways , I can't wait forever , and I wanted you guys to see some . lol . This is from the BTIKM vid . it inspired me so much !!!  This one is ... well , you know ... hehe , the Trespassing album cover .  And this one is from a pic I saw , and well , I added lyrics from the song Trespassing , you know , Adam looks like a brave warrior here !!  Wow! You did a great job!!! These are very good!!! In an era when this is a mainstream commercial I confess I'm having a hard time seeing the problem with Naked Love: ;D OMG!!!  juniemoon, I adore Naked Love, and I think the only "problem" with it is the gay factor. I think if any of the divas or straight guys were singing it, it would be totally fine. >:( |

I just want to thank everyone for the Happy Birthday messages! They forced me to finally make a post after lurking daily here for a long time....mama taught me good manners, ha, ha. Like TerriJo, although you don't know me, I feel I know all of you. I don't post because you all express my thoughts and feelings better than I can myself with such humor and intelligence. I just sit at my computer nodding yes or sometimes wtf. My biggest complaint about Adamtopia is that it has caused late nights resulting in dark circles and bags under my eyes. Thanks to everyone for sharing tweets, music downloads and beautiful pictures. HAHA!!! Welcome and glad you delurked!!  |
