Katy I kissed a Girl and I liked it, JessieJ Do it like a Dude.. No problem with radio.. Adam, every word is a potential Oh no and radio won't play him. Talk about double standards.Oh well.. BTW,Article in Huffington Post on book out about JessieJ . The author of the book says that JessieJ is a Lesbian ,not Bi-sexual. Like who cares,the woman is a great singer. I was what is wrong with the world, Why are some people so hung up on other people and their love lives. It's so sick. All in all though I don't believe that type of rumor will hurt JJ's career.. again double standard. |

We chatted with the lovely @adamlambert about "Trespassing," his go-to karaoke numbers & the importance of a good cry:popdust.com/2012/04/19/adam-lambert-trespassing-interview/What activity should people engage in while listening to Trespassing? The first half of the album is pretty up-beat and dance-oriented so I picture people out at parties, or maybe on the treadmill or driving. The second half of the album gets much darker and more emotional, so I can see people sitting quietly and thinking to it. OK, Adam has said over and over and over again ad nauseum that HALF the album is light and HALF is dark. The standard CD will have 12 tracks, right? So that means maybe SIX dark songs. So, what are the dark ones?I'm counting Underneath and Outlaws of Love... okay, that's two. BTIKM is about someone saying, "I can be a bastard sometimes, but I'm not leaving you..." which is not terribly "dark". Well, it doesn't make me sit quietly and think, that's for sure. Is Broken English supposed to be dark? ??? On the deluxe version we get three more: Running, Take Back, and Nirvana, and we don't know yet if they're light or dark. I dunno... Adam just keeps saying HALF LIGHT, HALF DARK, and I'm not really seeing so much of a dark side. Just sayin'. |

Chokehold is about torturing yourself by staying in an abusive relationship. That seems pretty dark. Oh, yes, you're right. OK, that's three: Chokehold, OOL, and Underneath. [Except Chokehold is so damn sexy, it's hard to remember it's actually sorta dark]  |
