Aloha Yeah, they won't go on Spotify until they're released in the UK. So NCOE will be on there first then BTIKM along with the rest of the albTum in July. THANKS now im home for a while was gonna do my bit and stream NCOE, but scorned ,again will just have to stream therion instead Yeah, I feel a bit helpless that I can't help him here in the UK for ages cause they decided to build UK Trespassing promo around Queen :-/ Re: Nile's part on Shady live, I'm a guitarist and it's not that difficult but Nile's tone and feel are just incredible for funk music. Tommy's more of a rocker but he could definitely play it. Just wouldn't have quite the same vibe as the studio version! I'm wondering who's gonna sing Sam Sparro's part... ???

I heard that Lionel Richie sold 20,000 albums in ONE HOUR on QVC or HSN (one of those home shopping channels)...LOL! Do we think Adam should do that??

Do we think Adam should do that?? *giggles That was huge part of SuBo's sales as well, she was killing it on QVC. Oddly enough that year Idol did a few hour long sales for Adam, Kris and I think Allison. I heard about them but didn't see the evidence myself. I just don't think they really appealed to the QVC market.

Just a little indication of the perception of Adam's album, I noticed that the Metacritic site did not have Trespassing listed in the upcoming releases section. They have never listed James Durbin's album or tracked any of the reviews so I thought I'd email them. Got an answer tonight.
"Thanks for letting us know, we will add it to the list. Most likely it will be on our site as we generally cover the big albums coming out."
Nice to know that his is considered one of the BIG ALBUMS! :D
ETA: Just checked and they did add it. :D

?? No, but it's funny you said that because Lifeguard and I had lunch few days ago and he said the comeback line for all the Debbie Downer posts is "everyone allowed to voice their opinion." That is correct, they are, it's just that some others, who are free to scroll past those they know will angst, have given up and chosen to not have their excitement dampened. It's everyone's choice to see the world as they want, either as a joyous place or a disaster waiting to happen. Both are correct at times. No right or wrong, just difference of opinion. I'd be more apt to listen to criticism if said criticizer contributed to the kind of forum atmosphere he'd (whoops, "they'd") like to see. I'm going to agree with this. Be the change you want to see in the world and all that . I think we have a wonderful, vibrant community here at atop. I would be lost without it. Sometimes the conversation is not to my liking but so what? Scroll and move on. Or get angry and then move on. Or listen to snippets and then come back . Ultimately, that's why we're all here, isn't it?
