You have security settings that are blocking it. Reset your preferences and then change them back after you are done. You have to change it to "accept all cookies."  The first media request I did went thru just fine. yay! then i tried on another station and i had the same problem as avari. I thought maybe i was just entering the code wrong, but after four tries i thought i can't be that lame. I guess my question would be. Why did it work one time then not the next? |

Would like some info from those of you who track songs or artists on Top40 and HAC. If a lead song from an album doesn't do well, do radio stations become reluctant to play a second single off that album?? If the second song off that album fairs well, if played, and doesn't reach Top 10, do radio stations not play or are reluctant to play a third single? Does play always come down to unofficial payola? Would appreciate some insight IMHO none of the above mentioned really comes into play. Adam has really done the work going from station to station this time.. He has also had two hits with the last album.. So all is good. I don't believe His last single was as successful as NCOE will certainly be. But it wasn't a failure either and it got no PR to speak of. Mellimom, this is not in reference to Adam, but to artists in general. Was looking into some insight who follow other artists. |

Thanks everyone for trying to help me sort out mediabase problem. I guess I'll just do it the old fashioned way and email the station directly.

Here's some mediabase form tips I use:
Fill out the form first:
-I usually select several songs so I don't look like a fan of only one artist and write in NCOE if it's not there already
-I make sure my age is Top 40 appropriate
-Zip and City shows I'm local
-email shows I'm a real person
-leave memo blank
Captcha:
-I refresh the captcha so the code reloads, because it can time out while you are filling in the rest of the form
-ignore caps, type all lowercase
-if the captcha doesn't take, hit the back arrow on your browser and the form will repopulate, you don't have to type everything over again. Refresh captcha, re-enter the code and you are good to go.
