Durbs, I agree about diluting their brand. (it was bad, but I think you said that.) ;D I'm really surprised to hear that they are that bad. I mean, Roger had auditions and picked these people over everyone else. I was going to go see them when they come to St. Louis, but I couldn't find anyone else dumb enough to want to go see them with me. Don't want to go alone, and just as well, now that I've heard how bad they are. |

Ya know, I have been nothing buy happy for everyone and their opportunities to see Adam's promo performances, talk about their trips to see Queen etc. I am stuck far from either coast with kids keeping me close, and I can't and don't complain. But tonight....I now know how great his album is. This is his first almost-real public concert with multiple songs. New songs....Tonight, I am jealous. Me too especially after I read the darn set list! |

Who asked me about the Queen Tribute Band? Was it you adamme? Yes, it was horrible, awful....extraordinarily bad. Weird. Sad. Embarrassing. I don't understand. I think Queen is harming their brand. Did I mention it was REALLY, REALLY BAD??  (and I'm not just saying that cuz I think Adam is spectacular fronting Queen, in fact, I told my husband that the main vocalist was supposed to be really good and I was looking forward to it) IT WAS HORRENDOUSLY BAD. Only decent part was the very end when Brian and Roger joined in.....and they aren't gonna be touring with this ensemble. HOT MESS!! They'd have to pay ME to go see it. A LOT of money. IT WAS BAD. :-*So, I guess you are saying you thought it SUCKED ;D I didn't think it was that bad. A little rough, not too bad. I did have second hand embarrassment as Marc was impersonating Freddie, but I guess he is supposed to? It was uncomfortable for me to watch. Then again I don't get Elvis impersonator either |

OT .. I just need to do some venting.. coz I'm so tired of people talking bad about Adam fronting Queen
I just saw the video on the other site... and people said his voice eerly sounds like Freddie?? UGH.. YIKES.. Gagging... he doesn't even have 25% of Freddie's voice and his act on stage seriously copying Freddie .. please don't ask me to comment about his looks...
ETA: and off course don't think he has Freddie's or Adam's range
