One more thought before I enter the blandness of RL:
I am TIRED of reading glowing reviews. I am TIRED of hearing berts bert! I want to hear this praise in the way of radio spinning it 24/7 and new fans jumping to the beat as if they were there from the beginning. Americans are ingrained with the need for justice. I want justice!

No disrespect meant to those going to all the Queen events but after last night and hearing Adam's new stuff, I just want to hear him promote his songs. What I've heard so far sounds so current and exciting -- wouldn't it be great if Queen would sneak an Adam song into their set?!

Happy B-day blueskynj, perfectway76 Kay I understand what you're saying. Adam put on such a great show last night. BE live was really amazing. It would be nice if that would translate to more spins. It kinda depresses me a bit that most of the people in Israel still have no idea who Adam is. And you can forget about spins other than WWFM. It just seems unfair. However, I'm sure Adam will get there. He is so talented, his voice is so amazing-there's just no other option. And when he does, I'm posting this video on my facebook page: ;D

It's fun to dream about it, but no, i dont think that wouldn't really go over well. But how about Brian and Roger being special guest musicians on one or more of ADAM's own tour shows? That could actually happen, couldn't it?

IMHO Trespassing and Queen stuff are two different things which should not be mingled. Both of them are fantastic in their own way. But I agree that Adam's new songs are perfect

IdolsNow @idolsnow ADAM LAMBERT's "Never Close Our Eyes" debuts on the Bubbling Under the Hot 100 chart at #10. @adamlambert That means it is #110 on the Hot 100 -- if the Hot 100 went to #110 -- almost entirely on digital sales. Great start!! And the promo has just started. ETA: BTIKM debuted at #77 almost entirely on digital sales -- Jan 7, 2010 Billboard chart. It had stronger sales in the first week then NCOE but there was no free download offer out there.

The Queen concerts will be Queen featuring Adam Lambert -- and as an Adam + Queen fan, I am looking forward to seeing what Adam can do with this classic music. For me it is like getting to see Yo-yo Ma playing The Divertimento in E flat, K. 563, written by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. A brilliant musician-entertain interpreting classic music in his own style. Thankfully, looks like we will get a lot of opportunities to see both Adam doing his own music and to see Queenbert. That means I get to have my cake (Queenbert) and eat it too (pure unadulterated Adam Lambert in concert!)
