OMG, I'm so excited ... it worked!! I finally know how to embed a video thanks to Gelly, and all you smart people. (Ignore the vid ... it was just the last one I was viewing.) YAY ... I promise not to spam you with my new-found knowledge.
A thought ... someone mentioned in the comments of the above vid that all Gaga's 'Little Monsters' love Queen ... perhaps a few of her billions of followers will discover Adam now.

Yessssssss. I really like what youre saying here!!!!  Yeah, but they called Adam closeted when he was on AI when he was basically no different from Anderson in that he was living his life but just hadn't made the "announcement in the press". Out initially trashed Adam for that but they have no problem with Anderson. Yeh, I was thinking this too. I just don't get it. I think Adam would have been happy going along and living his life as that is how it seems he views his situation. I think it was a rude awakening for him when he got so much pressure from various mags and orgs to "out" himself. If I remember he wasn't "gay enough" at first. WTF. I just don't understand why we can't just let it be. |

It honestly irked me when Ricky Martin got so many accolades and was pretty much honored as some kind of hero when he "came out." I mean good for him, but really? I think many suspected it all along. We live in a world where people need to be told, the words spoken clearly. It may be 'obvious' to some that AC is gay, but i bet to others it would be a surprise. It is amazing the number of celebs I have mentioned to my younger son, AC and NPH for example, that he did not have a clue about. And It Is All About Visibility. The more the masses see who is ok and gay the better we all will be in terms of acceptance. While I look forward to the day where is doesn't matter, we are not there yet |

Adam has been on OUT's list before, hasn't he? Maybe it is because to the rest of the world, this past year has been sort of quiet. Although, frankly, they should know and have put him on this year's list! No this is the Power List which I don't think he has been on. He's been on the Hot or Sexy list. The Out 100 is mainly about popularity and attractiveness but the Power 50 is about influence and power. It really galls me that they can't seem to see the influence Adam is having on the media, the culture and on LGBTQ as well as straight people. |
