Hi! I decided to revise my opinion. Yesterday I probably acted hastily and stupidly. Later in the evening I sat down to my notebook, read your PMs and cried and cried. I have to say that the comment about nail polish really made me upset and it was partially because I'm really trying to change for better but from time to time, I just make fun of the issues which are serious , like for example homosexuality, regardless of the fact it could hurt anybody. I don't do it intentionally, maybe it's also the consequence of my cultural backround... Yesterday I was nervous like a mofo, waiting for the result of my decisive exam. Fortunately I passed and everything is okay now. I didn't want to behave like a total hellcat. Thank you all who stood up for me, it really moved me to tears. That comment made me upset also because I love Adam, and only the idea that some of my deeds/statements could offend him or even harm him makes me mad. I just wanna tell you I apologize for my yesterday's outburst of emotions . And please, pardon me, if I sometimes babble a bullsh*t. I will do my best to be more precise in my statements. Maybe this post should posted to Members thread, I just feel like my post is nothing in comparison with Tinafea's loss. Welcome back, hope you stay around. One thing I think we all need to keep in mind is that misunderstandings happen ALL THE TIME. We should all strive to give each other the benefit of doubt and ASK whether the other person meant what we thought they meant. A lot of us tend to go off half cocked (react emotionally) and it's something everyone could benefit from thinking about. |

Really, that may have come off weird for people because in stores Code Adam is used for a lost child. Was this a permanent sign or a digital one that could change. It was permanent, as in it looked to be made of a heavy material, like cardboard maybe? Well maybe it was something else then. I do know that when they broadcast Code Adam on the PA in a store it is usually to alert employees of a lost child. |

I'll bet there aren't too many of us here who haven't, at some time or another, been upset by a response to one of our posts and thought about taking a permanent vacation from the place. I've certainly been in that situation. I've learned not to make a "Goodbye, cruel world!" statement though because I know I can't stay away indefinitely! When I get upset, I take a day or two off, and by that time the subject has been changed and I can let go of my hurt or my anger. We're all entitled to our opinions! Sometimes someone might challenge something we say, and maybe that could be used as an opportunity to reconsider our viewpoint, but it's not always easy to stay objective and avoid taking offense. Trust me, I know. My first response to an argument is always to get defensive. I'm sorry you were hurt, and I'm glad you're back! Congratulations on passing your exam! |

I hear ya! As I was walking into our local Target the other day, something caught my eye. It was a sign as you got to the doors that said "CODE ADAM." I backed up to make sure I had read it correctly and then just stared at it for a minute with a smile on my face as other shoppers were passing me by and staring at me. Almost took a pic and posted it here.... Really, that may have come off weird for people because in stores Code Adam is used for a lost child. Was this a permanent sign or a digital one that could change. We have it as a sticker on the entrance door in my Safeway in Calgary. I noticed it when Adam was on AI, but have no idea what is this |

Ame, congratulations for the exam!!! :D Anjalee, thanks for the comparative analysis of Stronger/NCOE adds. I hope it's all true. It felt good to read it. :D 8toinfinity I hate you so much right now ;D Ahem...have a blast at the concert, buy the UK release with new songs and write a very detailed recap:)))) Congratulations :D ----------- re NCOE video: Someone mentioned 'Clockwork Orange', (I think Melliemom)... That movie is essentially about the moral decay which will definitely not be a part of NCOE, but I can't come up at this point with the reasonable explanation as to why the drones are drones. Perhaps they will just be the people who take life for granted, waste their time fussing about irrelevant trifles, not appreciating life's endless goodies ( like Adam's GB, for example. But luckily my vajayjay does:) Maybe the general atmosphere of the drones part could resemble Cubrick, but with the happy ending. Or V for Vendetta. Or that stupid movie with Scarlett Johansson and Ewan McGregor. I mean, Adam's not going to brainwash his drones. He's just going to open their eyes I wonder if he's going to be so details/symbols-oriented as he was in BTIKM video. But, I'm sure their part in the video is going to be minor in comparison to Adam's face/body singing/ dancing/ smiling, both close up and the whole figure, profile or en face I can smell lots and lots of fabulous screencaps and gifs. There goes my sanity, right through the window again:) I just can't wait.
