I am surprised at the comments that yesterdays thread was so bad. Yes, there was some back and forth arguing but if you didn't scroll through everything there was some real discussion about emotions that I hate to see downplayed. -Talking about learning to accept what is different as a process not to be ashamed of was very deep and heartfelt and I think something that is an experience of all Adam lovers. -Apparently not getting responses to posts is an issue many feel and it was nice to hear members reassure each other. I am going to try to make sure I let people here an in RL know they are valued. -How woman see themselves objectified or not. -And I think it was important acknowledging this board's culture and how some don't feel included or understood. I appreciate the international peeps being brave enough to share how they don't always feel able to crack the boundaries of culture and language here regardless of how well I feel they fit in. There wasn't much response to this but I am sure it is not because it wasn't noticed and understood. (full-circle post?) Adam sure is a conversation starter! Thanks for the fun, yesterday and every day!  |

My favorite part of the Kimmel Naked Love performance is when Adam hears the cheers after "take it off". He is just beaming with joy! Can't stop watching that part. It is such a fun song and I am going to be recklessly optimistic and predict that this song is going to have some impact!

Guys I just went to check how long it took for radiostations to Add Kelly's song "Stronger" - which i think? became a number one hit in the US or has done really well at least. Well look here her song came out on 1 november or before (first add was 11/1) For the next TWO MONTHS she only got fifteen adds And of course there were lots of days in that period where she got no adds! and nine of them were in Canada. So if im reading this right...RELAX! When did adam release NCOE? 11 April. And he already has 15 adds in two weeks. This is GOOD. ;D ETA: if you want to check this for your self I went to this link for Adam and then searched for stronger. addboard.mediabase.com/SongAddHistory.asp?startdate=&ob=4not to start the angst but Kelly's song didnt' go for adds until the beginning of January. She was still riding Mr. Know It All in November (which came out in sept) and it was still getting a lot of adds. I see nothing to worry about with NCOE. |

BorneoBert borneobertGoing to bed very happy coz @adamlambert's NCOE was #7 on tonight's Top 20 on The Edge!! :-)) Not a major, but it was actually #7 on ZM's top 20 - hasn't appeared on the Edge top 20 countdown yet (both stations do nightly countdowns based on listener votes) BUT the Edge has added NCOE!!! and it is our biggest top 40 station! ZM is 2nd biggest - both are nationwide. And in other exciting news from NZ - ZM announced yesterday about plans to have a preview listening party for NZ Glamberts!!!!!!!!   Not sure yet exactly how / when this will happen, but apparently the DJ announced that Adam's management knows how many passionate fans he has here so they (ZM) are trying to work with them to sort something out (or it may be with SonyNZ ??) So excited to see radio finally getting on board - both stations now playing NCOE regularly!!!!!!! And we get Idol performance here day after album release (18th here AI on 19th) so all looking very promising!!!!  Hopefully the video will be out in a couple of weeks too!!!!!! |

Hi! I decided to revise my opinion. Yesterday I probably acted hastily and stupidly. Later in the evening I sat down to my notebook, read your PMs and cried and cried. I have to say that the comment about nail polish really made me upset and it was partially because I'm really trying to change for better but from time to time, I just make fun of the issues which are serious , like for example homosexuality, regardless of the fact it could hurt anybody. I don't do it intentionally, maybe it's also the consequence of my cultural backround... Yesterday I was nervous like a mofo, waiting for the result of my decisive exam. Fortunately I passed and everything is okay now. I didn't want to behave like a total hellcat. Thank you all who stood up for me, it really moved me to tears. That comment made me upset also because I love Adam, and only the idea that some of my deeds/statements could offend him or even harm him makes me mad. I just wanna tell you I apologize for my yesterday's outburst of emotions . And please, pardon me, if I sometimes babble a bullsh*t. I will do my best to be more precise in my statements. Maybe this post should posted to Members thread, I just feel like my post is nothing in comparison with Tinafea's loss. Congrats by the way! |

Welcome back ame! I'm glad you didn't go anywhere. There was a lot of soul-searching yesterday and as kay said I don't think it hurts anything once in a while. Glad you did well on your exam!! About kale ... I buy it every week. For my rabbit. Around here at least, you can get it both organic and not. There is flat kale and curly kale, but they are both just labeled kale. You can only tell by appearance.  Flat kale  Curly kale According to my taste-testing rabbit, the curly kale is better. ;D We can add that to our list of Twitter questions: which do you like better, flat kale or curly kale? LOL. |
