Just want to add my thanks to Happy and her daughter aka tech support. You brought us an ATOP exclusive!! You're famous in the fandom! The liner notes are sooo Adam. Well written. Knowing he has so many people that he can trust and love makes me feel really good, especially after he commented on having trouble getting back into the groove after Glamnation. The ones that made me go ahhhh - SAULI!!! His mom, dad & brother. Riff!!! and Brad and Danielle. Oh, and Tommy. I agree, I think the thank you to Tommy had a kind of double meaning. Oh and the love and thanks to all of us!!! We deserve it! Of course we owe him just as much as he "owes" us. All the others were great too, of course, the ones we've heard of and many that I didn't recognize. What a treat to check in tonight, expecting nothing really and get such an early present! Oh, and if Sudella has something to do with a wolf, it just might NOT be a misspelling of suudella. Wolves have a special meaning to Adam, so it's possible....

Where did you hear Sudella was related to wolf?

Someone on yesterday's thread said it was a certain form of "wolf" or suudella - means kiss. So they thought maybe he misspelled it. I couldn't find that quote but this was also at the end of the thread: haribert I looked up the meaning of Sudella. It means "wolf"
The wolf is Adam's spirit animal and he also recently was asked what kind of guys he goes for and he said "ones that look like woodland creatures". LOL That's why I'm thinking wolf might be exactly what he meant.....or not.

I love Nirvana, but why does it remind me of Avril Lavigne's song, Keep Holding On? Almost every time the snippet ends, I'm singing, "I'll make it through, I'll make it through"
Am I the only one that hear this? lol

With all the flailing was this posted? I don't remember if I saw it on last night's thread lol. Anyway I'm posting it and sorry if it was posted already. New interview from Seattle Gay News www.sgn.org/sgnnews40_18/page23.cfmAdam Lambert proves winning isn't everything by Albert Rodriguez - SGN A&E Writer Sometimes, losing is winning. When Adam Lambert was out-voted for the American Idol crown three seasons ago, it appeared his singing career was headed to a roadside casino. That's how it works, right? The champ gets all the glory and runners-up are sent away with a bouquet of good-luck flowers. Well, not this time. Lambert's popularity soared immediately and kept growing, ultimately making him the most recognized male Idol of the show's entire run (now in its 11th season). A Grammy nominee, LGBT advocate, platinum-selling recording artist, trans-Atlantic pop star, and a credible replacement for Queen's frontman sums up a short, impressive professional career for the San Diego native. Lambert releases his sophomore album, Trespassing, on May 15. Two singles have already been spawned from the CD, 'Better Than I Know Myself' and 'Never Close Our Eyes.' I spoke with the entertainer recently via phone, who was very friendly and upbeat. From his Los Angeles residence here's what the fabulous Adam Lambert shared with me inside The Music Lounge. Albert Rodriguez: The obvious question is when are you coming back to Seattle? Adam Lambert: I don't know. I had a nice night there. We went on a little bar crawl. It was fun. Rodriguez: I've seen you here in Seattle, I've seen you on TV and I know you have some killer threads. I'm wondering if you'll ever have a yard sale or eBay auction where we can buy that stuff. Lambert: I'm holding onto a lot of it right now. I don't even know why. [Laughs.] I'm kind of a pack rat. There might be things that will make their way into charity. I like the idea of giving it back. Rodriguez: In the past year or so, bullying has really affected Gay youth. Do you have any ideas on how we can combat this? Lambert: It's interesting because bullying has always affected Gay youth. It's just now becoming very public. There's like a media storm around it and I think it's good. Awareness and having it out on the table is a big necessary step for us, to help kids that are victims. Teachers and parents are much more aware of it. On the other hand, there's a part of me that looks at it and goes, 'You know, that's part of life. That's survival.' I will do everything I can for people to find confidence and support in order to cope with hateful people, but hateful people are everywhere and bullying exists far beyond Gay and Lesbian people. more

Rabbit I request on those links even though Im in India! ETA: most of the stations have NCOE on their list but a few dont. Does that mean anything? hmm... hopefully mediabase isn't tracking your ISP (and I'm assuming you don't write down your actual location), because that is definitely out of the local area of these stations. Some stations just started playing 24 hours ago, and it takes at least a day (maybe longer?) for the request list to autoadd in new songs that are played on air. Unless it's Q102, Sirius, or Z100, or you really are streaming the station from whatever your location, station personnel can get annoyed or worse by out of area requests by non-listeners when they notice them. That's why the 'stay local when requesting' rule. Clicky polls, takeovers, thumbs up or 'votes' located on websites where you don't type in or reveal any identifying information about yourself may in some cases be a grayer area, since it seems like part of their goal is driving traffic to the station website. The same when stations specifically call out for twitter followers or facebook 'likes' in order to increase their numbers. Tweets, phonecalls, email requests, etc. obviously and visibly coming from different countries or parts of the nation though? Or visibly revealing that several stations are being spammed? Not a good idea. If anyone has any specific questions about voting/requesting feel free to PM me or you might want to contact @requestadam on twitter. Thanks to everyone who is requesting, and please ask if you are confused about anything.
