Just listened to Runnin for the 100th+ time and the vocal just drives me insane! This vocal is so worthy of a Grammy and it probably could never happen because it will never be a single! Morning Mys*&@^#r! Apparently it doesnt have to be a single to get a grammy - though most are. I LOVE Running. the words are epic. Its bigger than one bad love affair. This is intense shiz. I love the beginning - its like a film, like a dream my fave line: ive been standing here my whole life...building up to that chorus... Yes! And, "I'll wake up now and live" I loved NoAngel's analysis about how this is someone who has hit rock bottom but the song is so hopeful and ends so hopeful! I have played it so much I am afraid I might get sick of it! |

I flailed all night long with the rest of you and got a couple hours of sleep early this morning. Wanted to take just a minute to say that this last 24 hours has been amazing and not just the excitement over the new music. I've always known that this group of people on Atop was special, but last night really highlighted for me just how special each and every one of you are. So much joy and fun was shared, and so many of you worked so hard to make sure that everyone that wanted the link got it. We stan a pretty incredible man and in turn he has some very incredible fans. Someone said earlier today (sorry I don't remember who it was) that if the rest of the world behaved this way, the world would be a better place. I couldn't agree more. Thanks to each and every one of you -- love you all. awwww.... mangokat this was so sweet and ALL TRUE!!!  |

I like the angel pic. My DH actually made it. It's my avi too.  Ooooh thelambertluvva, tell your DH he is one very talented guy. I love the white and blue and the pose - of course - is perfection ;D ;D ;D I was constructing my post and waxing profound about Adam's wings being clipped and knew I had seen an image ~somewhere that I have always loved. I did a google search for Adam Lambert + angel and this was one of the one's that popped up. I thought yay, that's the one I was thinking of, so I mean it as a huge compliment. As soon as you posted and I saw your avi, it all clicked into place, although I didn't realise your DH was the creator. Give him a hug and a pat on the back from me Gawd, I've finally caught up again to where I last posted and the thread has moved another 11 pages since then.... it's never ending I tell ya #exhaustedbutinagoodway  *goes back to finish of thread* |

I realized that the liner note lyrics have this down as "game" but this would not be the first time that a lyric is wrong on liner notes and I personally hear "your GAY is brand new" as in someone first stepping in to the "gay" world. Game makes more sense to me.

Did you just say your game was brand new?I think the speaker is talking to their quarry with the "did you just say your game was brand new", so the person they have got in their sights is either someone a little innocent/new to the scene or pretending to be, and the speaker maybe likes that (insert lecherous smiley) it is a shady song  |

Is there any way of knowing how many newbies came out in the last 24 hours? What fun it's been getting a gimps of those that are out there watching. Goes along with my belief that there are Adam-fans hidden everywhere. And where are all these new members from. I saw Madagascar for one. See? We are everywhere. Key to world domination, you know. At one point I think I counted around 35!!! Might be more! I know we had someone from the Czech Republic, and maybe one or two more from Finland... And there were FOUR OR FIVE GUYS!!! and then we had Burrito's cousin "tamalepie" show up, too!! ;D Now, I wish all the de-lurkers would pop back in and tell us what they think of the album = favorite songs!!! |

I will now say that she didn't look near as "into" the Kimmel performance as Keisha did. Sure she has a beautiful voice. I mean the new girl, and if she is BFF with Keisha, maybe better chemistry on stage and more kickass performance by backgroud singers. It's all good. |
