Looks like we're going to get to page 100!! And I've read every post today; every page. Which tells you about my priorities in life right now! Here I sit, at this trusty computer, surrounded by Adam's Charity Water photo, a signed M&G photo from GNL in Las Vegas, an 8"by 11" blow-up of the Trespassing CD cover (made by a particularly patient and darling DH) and an empty wine bottle that was signed by Adam's Unca Dave. I love this little hovel. My own precious Rabbit Hole. Adamtopia completes the picture. Muah!!! Awww i really like this picture of you and where you are that you describe. Im sitting on my bed, the curtains are still drawn even tho its morning. My remains of my breakfast oats and mango are in a bowl on my pillow. I still have to have my shower and am wondering if my ipod will survive the rain of water. One one side of the bed, I have a dressing table on which I put objects that mean a lot to me (my altar') and in amongst the lotus flower and icon of a dancing shiva is a printed out picture of Adam, Just to remind me of his ineffable beauty. |

Llistened to the CD all the way through last night (couple of times ;D) and again this morning. I found myself singing Runnin most of the day. It has taken hold and is not letting go. Gahhhhhh, I love this song...slightly more than I love all of the rest....for today anyway. What I love about this board is how articulate, funny, heartfelt everyone is and how at the end of the day when I mostly lurk and have no two brain cells left to rub together, I just enjoy letting everyone else's thought wash over and around me. The past two days have been awesome. I don't know how to say how Trespassing is affecting me... words just don't seem to capture it for me. It tears me apart and puts me back together again, but better somehow. Music truly heals the soul and Adam is one amazing healer. THIS. |

All I can say is that Mr. Lambert said he was going to let us in and, boy, did he! I do feel like I've trespassed into some of his inner feelings. Man, he laid it right out there for us. Whew. Welcome to his world of truth.

One last listen to Nirvana before sleeping. A song for every occasion. It was a glorious day full of Adam in my ear and Atopper sharing the love.

*staggers into end of thread*  OMG I made it!!! I always knew that the day we all heard Trespassing in full that the thread would be made of EPIC - but holy shit  this one has been amazeballs. So much love for Adam, his art and this community that he has brought together from all parts of the globe. It's really very humbling and special to be a part of it all. So, looks like happy's is the only box sex to arrive so far. Maybe it got sent early by mistake. I can just picture the staff going: "Oh well, it's just one order - no one will notice."On the other hand, it may also be happy's (and our) good karma that she was the chosen one!  yeah right! And i want a #werkbitch T-shirt too \o |

Definite flail o Rama here for the early leak. I was finally able to give the music a listen. I like the Pop Messiah's view of the album. Shady has me listening over and over. Love Broken English even more. Underneath is, well I don't have words yet, but I love it. Runnin is awesome and needs another many many listens. Chokehold and Cuckoo also really good. Still love outlaws of love.
Not a fan of some of the electronics going on. It's kind of boring to me. The lyrics of nirvana are great, but the same back beat throughout the song makes me long to hear it live with some sort of organic instrument backing him up.
Overall, amazing music. Really looking forward to the tour!
