Joshua Kadison. He is a great storyteller/songwriter. You might have heard "Jessie," or a couple of my favorites, "Amsterdam," and "Delilah Blue." he does not have the greatest voice(but who does compared to AFL?) if anyone knows where I can get a digital version of the Delilah Blue CD, please let me know. Not on iTunes. I had two CDs but one got damaged when I was sorting stuff for moving, and the other I wore out. Try Amazon they have it. Oh and Murly.....that made me chuckle. How long ya been sitting on that? (laughing with you). Sometime after season 8 ended, my brother made me a CD of Adam's songs from the show. I noticed then that when Adam sings high and sweet, as in Tracks of My Tears, his voice reminds me of Micky's. I was a Monkees fan from the ages of 11 to 14 so I'm very familiar with Micky's voice! Micky is nowhere near as versatile or strong of a singer as Adam; it's the tone of their voices that I find similar at times. Heads up, Cheeks fans: JaneEspenson Jane Espenson Just got word. It can be revealed. Our friend @gocheeksgo has a role in an ep of #Torchwood. Yes! This Cheeks: bit.ly/g5tje8Now I have to find out if I get that show on my satellite system. OMG, I am freaking out and also laughing at this! I'm trying to imagine what kind of role will Cheeks get in a Torchwood episode? I hope it's a big one. I just watched 2 seasons of Torchwood in the last week ... I had to check it out after that day all of you were talking about BBC shows. Now I'm in love with Torchwood. Haven't watched Children of Earth yet. I'm just hoping the stupid US version doesn't ruin the whole thing. OMG, if there is a scene with John Barrowman and Cheeks together I just may die. |

For the next album, if you could choose a collaboration for Adam to have on the record who would it be with and why? MUST be someone living but it can be a singer, musician, producer, even a music video director or something along those lines. Now......ENTERTAIN ME! =) I do not want a collaboration of any sort. Thanks for asking  I have to agree with spring2009! as cool as a collaboration would be with n e one! i just want to hear Adam! eta: tho if it was a producing collaboration! i would want my friend who is a producer to produce a song with him! He is a fan of Adams :D (he saw him at the Music box in LA ) |

Now......ENTERTAIN ME! =) I don't have anyone specific in mind, but I would hope those he works with would be current and savvy as to today's market and if he sings with someone, I would hope it is someone current and popular enough to bring in a whole new set of fans - not some obscure someone who no one today cares about or even remembers and who wouldn't generate any interest in the project. 8-) ETA: mszue-I think an Elton collaboration would be great for all the reasons you gave! |

I also noticed in the list of upcoming episodes that there is one titled "Adam." Probably just a coinkydink. |
