I just went to that link and take a look at the Sun video,..no wonder Adam loves these creative people....wow!! the stuff they come up with is truly amazing....there is so much creativity that never seems to 'make it' and so much mediocre stuff that does...it is disturbing. Adam needs to set a new trend...to musicality and creativity....not follow this 5 note paeon to mechanized beats...I think...ducking here now. Sorry....really do not like that vid posted earlier....all of 5 notes and as many words....in repeat mode...sigh... |

Hope you are right. As much as I liked Allison Iraheta on Idol, I didn't care for her on the tour and I wasn't too thrilled with Orianthi either. Haven't heard Alisan Porter as a lead singer. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens... I TA Murly...I really enjoyed her set at the Music Box and Nokia...she is a much better performer than either Allison or Orieanthi, at the moment, at any rate. Also....if her set was a sample of her writing, she is good. I actually do not really understand all the atop hate she seems to get...she is talented and loves our Adam...and he loves her so ??? JMHO :-/  I agree with you. Liked her at the Music Box. And her singing at Aftermath does not showcase her voice. I think all this frustration comes from a good place, i mean we all want Adam to collaborate with THE BEST OF THE BEST if this was possible, its not really hate maybe you understand what i mean. |

alisanporter Studio time with my fam. 7 minutes ago via Twittelator I love Allison, but I hope it's a different studio I keep seeing this and I've really tried hard to scroll past it and not say anything but I just gotta say this negative attitude towards the people who have consistently and loyally supported Adam is really troubling. Alisan is a very talented vocalist and a great songwriter if I can go by the songs on her CD which I purchased back when it first came out. Adam obviously loves working with her and to me HIS personal and creative happiness is what this entire process should be about. |

My personal dream would be for Adam to work with Rob Halford of Judas Priest. I know it won't come true but just the thought of a duet with those two amazing vocalists makes me happy!

Slow day is slow and I am bored at work so I will throw out a DISCUSSION STARTER question. For the next album, if you could choose a collaboration for Adam to have on the record who would it be with and why? MUST be someone living but it can be a singer, musician, producer, even a music video director or something along those lines. Now......ENTERTAIN ME! =) Elton John. Love the music, love the lyrics, love the voice, i think they will sound great together, pop-rock, he's a legend to pop AND rock fans and this means more exposure plus he's British and its a great way for the UK to discover Adam. No matter how many countries could turn the cd platinum in Europe you cannot make it if you're not big in the UK. A collaboration with Elton would mean to the UK that Adam is respectable as an artist.It would make the whole world to check him out. Similar thoughts to a Pink collaboration. ITA... Always wanted a collaboration with Elton John. The cred would be enormous and the performance a treasure. Also Pink - how can you NOT love her? Both these artists are such hugely talented, "real", fearless and compassionate human beings. A perfect match for our GNAFL - so count me in on Team Elton & Pink. Either would be magnificent - both would be a dream come true! |
