wonderstruck The problem IMO is that you both used the word hate to describe the feelings that some people have here for Alisan. IMO there is a HUGE difference between dislike a voice and hate.And of course everyone is allowed to voice their opinion but not twist the words and feelings. No one has ever, EVER said they hate Alisan. I don't know where you are getting this from. :-/ |

I have NOT gotten an email about the DVD(s) shipping yet! Should I be worried?
Re - Alison. I loved their duet at the Music Box. It was understated and their love for each other was palpable. I just think that if Adam does a vocal collaboration with anyone on his album it should be with someone who can bring in new fans. Don't think Alison can do that. I sort of agree with cassie - no need for any duets. If I HAD to pick one (or two) it would be Pink or Queen. Ok - maybe Queen wouldn't bring in new fans, but it would give him rock cred.
Re - Cheeks on Torchwood. Is this the BBC version with John Barrowman? I think someone mentioned a US remake. Hope not.
One more Alison-related comment - When Adam was on AI Randy looked ecstatic. Huge smile with very gleaming white teeth. I think part of this was his connection with Alison and the fact that Adam was performing his & Alison's song.
PS - Heard IIHY twice on my local top40 today! Not dead yet.

Adam Lambert is brilliant. I absolutely LOVE and ADORE the Aftermath Remix, cannot stop playing it. Every time I hear it I pick up another nuance of the background music, and the prominence of his vocals, however I still can't get the refrain. Is it "One Day"? Adam credits Billboard with doing it all, but we all know that Adam would have approved the producer, and he also approved the final mix. This must be played on the radio, so how do we make this happen, guys? Is RCAEd really that useles ???
