Overall, it's a great interview. Read it. Thought about it. Accepted the honesty of the interview. Radio, label, and A&R are a bit of "fucked up retail". It's retail where you don't put out your best stuff to sell your product line. The single BTIKM make some sense. The video is a perfect lead in for the rest of the album promo. In fact, BTIKM fits well for a buzz single. NCOE, as sung by Adam, is a good song, but it doesn't represent Tresspassing, the Album. Everyone who has heard the streams will hear that. It's Adam singing a Bruno Mars cover. Of course, Adam can sing anything. I am going to support the hell out of NCOE because the rest of Tresspassing deserves to be heard. In this case, the end had better sure as hell justify the means. YMMV |

Gelly - I think it's time to put some headphones on and let AFL "LAY YOU DOWN, LAY YOU DOWN!!!"  ETA: Surprised no one is commenting on Adam's revelation that he had sex with a woman - put is not commenting 'cause it's personal. 8-) It may be because there really isn't anything to say. My amazement lies in knowing how this man, who oozes 'sex' from every pore, did not have 'straight' sex until his late twenties. And tried it once. For frame of reference, I'll bet. While drunk. But that's just my fantasy. His honest revelations leave me weak. I want to faint in the image of the moment he put a lollipop into Sauli's mouth. Welcome to my world of truth. I want to learn more about 'the woman' - but this soul, who tells us just about everything - draws the line. We are left to deliciously speculate about these encounters. Romance? Candles? Press me to the wall? Tear away the clothes, too hard to remove? What makes all of this more erotic and exotic than any story or any film, is that it's true. This is a man sharing his real life, in real time, without a script. No hiding. But, revealing doesn't mean share details, I'm learning. Whether speaking or singing, he is so exquisite. So private and sophisticated. The difference between a journey to eros and cheap thrills. No wonder he wears his clothes so well! |

I often tell my friends that "don't get it" that following Adam is like following the BEST REALITY SHOW ever!! As for Adam being revealing, but only to a point, reminds me that his friends and acquaintances have been so discreet about Adam's personal life. I think a real testament to mutual respect. Another example of getting back what you give.   |
