I probably shouldn't post this but gotta share. Today I was at the local feed store. The guy behind the register made a comment about a "colored" man. How close to consent do you think he is on the topic of same sex marriages? EGAD, where the fuck am I?? Had that happen here in California (which blew my mind), but worse, the guy assumed I agreed with him!

This is why Adam is so important as a person, as a role model and as an artist. This woman spoke at a recent Lincoln, Nebraska City Council meeting meeting--she is nuts! However, the best entertainment is looking at the reactions of the guy seated in back of her. youtu.be/nMANMIe0ZZISorry, can't get my embed link to work right now. O.M.F.G.!!!! I am so embarrassed!!! This is MY city!!! WTF?? Just so you all know, not everyone here feels this way or is this nuts!! Guess it's time for me to step up and attend some of these meetings. I have to say, I am totally flabbergasted by this. Not that I didn't know that homophobia runs rampant in middle America, but not within my own group of people (that I know). So, I will apologize for this totally crazy woman. FFS!!! I just want to reach out and slap her!!! And, I have to thank my wonderful parents for bringing me up in a world that had no prejudice what so ever. They truly rocked!!! Oh yeah, and that guy behind her was hilarious!! Good for him!! Seemed that the little lady beside him was chuckling to herself also...lol! The first thing that came to my mind was "Moooommmm - Grandma's on YouTube - make her stop!!!!!! AAAGGGHHHH"

Please, vote for Adam on the Russian EuropaPlus radio station - www.europaplus.ru/index.php?go=Novelty - five stars only!BTW, my 7-year old son loves dancing to Trespassing, I mean the title track but he's still not very good at recognising singing voices, so every time we're listening to somebody singing in the foreign language he exclaims, "it's Adam Lambert". Hit or miss game Though he's studying flute and has solfeggio lessons every week, I hope he'll soon be as good at recognizing voices as in knowing tones and keys :

Looks good to me! But I don't go to the numbers thread and try to understand the whole buzinass side of things. So, I don't know the big picture numbers. I analyze everything way too much in real life. Keeps this my right brain happy place. I'm generally happy just watching his songs and album going toward #1 : ) Seems like a good sign.

Q3 or anybody that has knowledge of this thing. This question just came to my mind about Adam & Queen concerts. Adam is an RCA artist and he has this project with Queen. Does 19R and or RCA/Sony gets or takes something from this project? It sucks if they get a percentage of this project. Adam's management company (DMG) get a percentage of Adam's earnings from this concert. They do a lot of work for that money including making sure Adam gets what he deserves from these concerts. RCA/Sony is not involved in these concerts and gets nothing. Thanks Q3 - guess RCA/Sony's quite generous letting him do these concerts in the middle of his sophomore album release. Yes I know they're taking this advantage also by getting a free promotion for Adam in UK & Europe ;D

Miles Tougeaux @milestougeaux .@adamlambert Is it "Waiting for Godot" or "Waiting for Good Dough" ? Adam Lambert @adamlambert @milestougeaux haha yupI love Dadbert's sense of humour, and although he teases Adam here, I think he might be responsible, along with Leila, for at least planting seeds for Adam's wide interests and education ( informal, lol) The correlation between Waiting for Godot and light/dark interaction theme of the album never crossed my mind before Adam had said it, but I couldn't help thinking about it today. According to existentialism, the starting point of philosophical thinking must be the individual and the experiences of the individual and I can see where Adam's definition of existentialist pop comes from. He has always been very focused on 'human experience' and people in general, himself included, which is one of his most adorable traits. I feel like no amount of materialistic values could compensate for the lack of human interaction in his life. Luckily, he seems to be in no need for such compensation at this point. Although very existentialist in its characterizations, Waiting for Godot is primarily about hope. The subject of the play is an example of how to pass the time in a situation which offers no hope. The dialogue between Vladimir and Estragon ensues and we all know what happens. Are they two people or two sides of one person? Whole philosophies flow right out of their communication and that is where Adam seeks his inspiration. He has found the fountain, the source, and that is the discourse ( debate, communication, interaction, whatever) between the two halves which make one whole, be that one person or the relationship between two people. The subject is also wonderfully treated in 'Fight Club', one of my all time favourites ( David Fincher). Adam's interest lays in whatever follows the interaction. The result, the outcome of that is, in his case, his art. Or, to be more specific, Trespassing. What I'm really surprised by is how deeply and thoroughly Adam has analysed and studied the duality of human nature and these two seemingly very opposing sides of himself. I'm sure he's read not only philosophical but also psychological material on the topic and I don't even know why I am surprised since his whole album revolves around these two ideas: existentialism and dualism. Of course he did his homework and Waiting for Godot perfectly showcases both ideas. For me, the similarity stops here, ( since I see no hopelessness, no desire for repentance, no suicidal ideas in Adam and his art, quite the contrary), but take a look at an excerpt from the play. It sounds a little bit like music. Silence.
V: What do they say? E: They talk about their lives. V: To have lived is not enough for them. E: They have to talk about it. V: To be dead is not enough for them. E: It is not sufficient.
Silence.
V: They make a noise like feathers. E: Like leaves. V: Like ashes. E: Like leaves.
Long silence.
V: Say something!Lol, sorry for boring you shitless. Scroll is the key
