If you are looking for the black background with NO STARS -- go to Profile/Modify Profile and scroll down to Select Skin and select Darkness. You will have NO STARS.
There are also two dark Trespassing Skins -- Trespassing and Trespassing 2.
The Trespassing background on the Default is just temporary.

ETA: Love how Trespassing is moving up charts!!
