I know iTunes isn't a huge number of units for albums (brick and mortar still wins) but topping iTunes is the first piece of the puzzle. To even have a shot at a #1 position, Adam had to go #1 on iTunes. So he is off to a great start, and it is a good first indicater. And he still has AI! Adam is getting great buzz right now, but just imagine the buzz a #1 on BB would bring. It will be tough, but I am hanging on to hope. ^^^True. Traditionally Adam has done much better with physical CD sales, so IMO it's a great sign. The performance on AI should also help with sales this week! Everything is really looking good! |

I didn't see any at my Walmart this morning, I asked the worker there, and he said he didn't know. :-[ Yeah, I have went to two WalMarts in my area and not only did neither have Trespassing, but they had no Adam CDs at all! More pissed that I drove around, without any luck more than anything! Haven't caught up with the thread yet, but want to chime in about this... I was so excited about driving to Walmart to buy a couple of CD's this morning....and NOTHIN' - no sign of Trespassing with the new releases (tons of Carrie and Adele) and they didn't even have a slot for him. Nothing! NADDA! I asked two guys at the counter. One guy: "Who?" Other guy: "I think he's that guy from one of those reality shows" Me: *head explodes* Anyhoo....I asked them to check in the back, and they came out with a handful of regular CD's - they said that's all that was in the box - no deluxe. I left empty handed cuz I'm buying these for gifts and want the giftees to have "Runnin"... Whole experience pissed me off and I had to run home and jump on ATOP to read the flailing!! NOW I'M HAPPY AGAIN!! I'LL GO TO TARGET TOMORROW!! |

You make a very good set of points (which I personally agree with), but we're not going to discuss this topic on this particular thread today.
