lagniappeAdam left an impression.. Indeed! ETA- one of the promotional goals, imo, is to get Trespassing the album out. Naturally, radio presence via the right single is important; however, ultimately the album is too good and delicious to take a backseat to simply promoting the radio friendly singles. I am interested to see how organic thing will move. NCOE vid out before radio impact date is such an insightful win... visual stimulant from AL accompanying this song might just make it soar..

Wouldn't it be something .. if after all is said and done Radio stations actually pursue Adam. It could happen!"Success breeds success type of thing".. I like this idea. I completely agree with "success breeds success" idea. This is one of the things that I think made great sales become phenomenal, ie Adele. It is why Trespassing being #1 on iTunes is pure Gold!!! People who would never give Adam a 2nd look will preview the album now. And once one hears it, how could they not buy it. I would say there are probably 6 songs on it that could appeal to fans of several genres. And if you like 6 songs, might as well just buy the album. Right?  I think this is why using the Bruno Mars/Dr. Luke combo for NCOE was a brilliant idea, as Adam said in the Billboard interview, like an "insurance policy" . The combo of Bruno/Dr. Luke winning pop formula, paired with Adam's stellar out of this world vocals, is a formula for sucess if there ever was one. NCOE will blow up big time! (I Hope) It will be Adam's #1 Hit (I hope) a girl can dream, can project, and throw out to the universe eta: Also releasing NCOE as Trespassing is released, plus AI, GMA, Kimmel, all all the radio concerts on the east coast next week, all excellent timing and promotion to get the song to #1. |

I was sooooooo thrilled to see Trespassing at #1 when I woke up this morning!!!!!   Does anyone else check iTunes several times a day? ( rather obsessively?lol)

The American Idol alumni said that he was glad to have more time to write Trespassing compared to the short two months he spent writing his first album For Your Entertainment. It’s no surprise that Lambert will be joining Queen on four dates of The Queen Extravaganza tribute show. The choice of Lambert is kind of fitting considering his very first audition song for the eighth season of American Idol was one of Queen’s greatest songs Bohemian Rhapsody.

 No Trespassing CD in Hyvinkää's Anttila! I was so pissed!I asked who is responsible for it that the CD has not come yet! I said that " I am going to make a claim under this! Radio has advertised for two days, and it does not go this way, that you do not have the CD yet! " I like this Finnspeak! "It does not go this way" Do you think Sauli uses that sometimes with the amerikkalainen? ;D I had to think a moment ... and I guess you do not mean that...  |
