So sad to hear the news of the passing of Donna Summer. She was definitely the Disco Queen. She had a good voice. Cancer is such a devastating disease. RIP Donna Summer.

Well that is a damn shame. I'm genuinely sorry to hear it. She was one of the queens of my era. It is in breaking news at the moment. She was battling cancer for sometime now. She was definitely the Queen of disco and well loved - great voice. Adam always seems to be hit with people dying affecting appearances; Whitney, now Donna Summers. He wasn't impacted by MJ, but in rehearsals for the idol tour. IMO, it will not affect Adam's placement on the charts. Yes, we will see bumps in sales for her old songs, but probably not to the #1 spot. IF people go on line to purchase her songs they will see the banners for Adam's new music. They might even give it a listen while they are there. If they listen, and if they are fans of disco/dance music, Adam will have more sales. |
