Sauli is so gorgeous.. I would order this edition of Fault,but I still haven't gotten the one with Adam on the cover. What the heck is going on with our Adam Fault Issue?....seriously annoyed. I e mailed them for the third time last week .They said all the copies will be out by last Friday and that we should have them this week. I will give a large shout out if and when I get mine...Here's hoping. :-/ |

My girlfriend just sent me an email about Adam being on the show "What's Happening" on Bravo on Thursday at 11PM EDT. It is supposed to be livetaking call and twits. Does anyone know anything about this? I checked the calendar and didn't see anything listed/ I am at work and can't check my TV listing.

The bottom line for me is that by the time summer is over Adam will be so big internationally that the US radio peeps will be falling all over themselves trying to be in the Adam is a cool cat camp and seek his music out. In the meantime, fans will do what fans do and Adam is all inclusive. Yes, I do think Adam will hit big over the summer and as the saying goes, that's my story and sticking to it:-) ETA 2: Love that Adam/Elvis picture above. Uncanny resemblance! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^This!!!!!!! World domination will be complete! |

Really? I love my Adam and Ratatat t-shirts and I see other people my age wearing fan t-shirts all the time  I think people are just not getting that there's a difference of an Adan concert and a radio concert..but oh well.. Yeah, I kind of agree. I think the issue is a sensitive one. On the one hand I'm all for freedom of expression etc., etc. but at the same time I think there are some very valid points about the perception of older fans among radio PD's. The CHR market is a youth oriented market, like it or not, it is. I don't think anyone is saying that if you're over 30 you shouldn't go to a radio concert. Screw that! But maybe just a little restraint and common sense, ya know? Because the perception of an Idol with a primarily older fanbase is something Adam has to contend with. That's just reality. Do you guys remember the cringe inducing recent interview with Ryan where he pretty much sought out older fans and then mocked them? I think having a broad appeal is fantastic. Just look at Adele. I want that for Adam. He's getting there and these radio concerts are a great way to broaden his appeal. |
