I e mailed them for the third time last week .They said all the copies will be out by last Friday and that we should have them this week. I will give a large shout out if and when I get mine...Here's hoping. :-/ I think they must have printed them one by one. So apparently they mailed the last of them on Sunday.... You got that right,each copy hand printed  |

Just heard from SmokeyVera. She has been in the hospital since yesterday with atrial fibrillation (irregular hearth rhythm) but appears to be doing better. Here's to your health Smokey! My girlfriend just sent me an email about Adam being on the show "What's Happening" on Bravo on Thursday at 11PM EDT. It is supposed to be livetaking call and twits. Does anyone know anything about this? I checked the calendar and didn't see anything listed/ I am at work and can't check my TV listing. Just checked and set my dvr, it's there. (Elton John topped the chart several times in the ’70s, and Clay Aiken went to #1 back in 2003, but neither had yet come out at those respective point points.) Lambert’s own previous best was the #3 debut for debut effort For Your Entertainment. Of course, as several publications have pointed out, the victory for Lambert and the gay community is more one of circumstance than one of legitimate mainstream breakthrough. The PDs poke fun at his fans because this is what they do to all the male Idol alums, even those that aren't gay. This type of reputation has followed the Idol males for 9+ years. Fair enough but after 9+ years I think it's time to stop worrying about what they say and just enjoy the music. Daughtry is part of a band. That's the difference and he sounds like Nickleback, one of the most played bands on radio. As for having enough out of the bubble fans, I'm not so sure that's true if we're basing it on his current sales which are pretty lackluster for this current album. What is the solution then? Can't unring the idol bell and were it not for Idol Adam wouldn't have those international fans even if they didn't discovery him thru the show. The show is what put him out there for people to be interested in. I maintain that based on the multiple concerts I go to every year Adam's fanbase does not skew that much differently than other artists' fanbases and IF radio uses the fan ages to not play him it's just an excuse. Enough of this discussion. I'm going to start deleting! You have been warned. |
