I can't remember how it works; will we get another sales update today, or could this be it until tomorrow? I agree with those saying it must be Walmart (and, maybe, Amazon?) reporting. HDD is generally very accurate, so no need to worry at this point. HDD is actual sales from & biggest retailers and the balance is modeled. It is accurate because it is real. Amazon does not report to HDD. Target does. I have not looked at the numbers today, but Target is usually in on Monday. ETA 2: Definitely includes Walmart and I maybe Best Buy. iTunes usually is on Tuesday. The 37.1% is the percent of retail locations reporting, not the percent of sales. It is always confusing the way they do it. |

Just had lunch with @adamlambert and am now buying his album four times.MANAGING EDITOR OF ROLLING STONE!!!!!!!!!!!! She's the managing editor of rollingstone.com not the magazine. But this is still a GOOD thing. I subscribed to rolling stone again recently and with that they send out a few emails a week from rollingstone.com highlighting about ten items from the magazine along with breaking stories and videos. I was a teeny bit irked that they didn't highlight any of Adam's recent interview or reviews in the online email blasts. So now maybe that will change  |
