People on twitter are saying that Sauli is probably in Finland already. Something about the flights from NYC to Helsinki and the hour that Sauli tweeted today and also they're saying that they are filming tutka tomorrow. I know nothing lol, it's just what I read here and there. Awwwwww, was hoping they could celebrate #1 together.

Kanadie: Thanks for responding. I wonder at Adam's choice not to bring his own sound engineers, knowing how exacting he is. Also knowing how unique his voice is, and what he can do with it that other sound engineers would not be accustomed to. But, maybe the people responsible for the equipment and sound at the venue are not too crazy about letting a "stranger" mess with their equipment, too. I would like to also support the ladies doing back up. I keep saying this, but, ladies and gentlemen, IF YOU CANNOT HEAR YOUR OWN VOICE YOU CANNOT STAY ON PITCH. It is like trying to hit the bulls eye of the target blindfolded. They sounded good in the AOL Sessions videos, where the sound was set so they could hear themselves. I don't think it is lack of technique, or lack of a good ear for pitch. I think it is all about the balance of the sound they are hearing or not hearing. While I agree the off-key singing is painful, I am not ready to throw the ladies to the wolves. Cassie, in the AOL sessions it was Octavia singing. I think the switch over made the difference. It hasn't sounded the same since. I agree that not hearing is an issue but there was something much more silky and mellow about Octavia's voice. Yep. They haven't sounded on pitch (to me) since Octavia left...you can hear her voice in the AOL sessions...smooth and rich, it blended well with Keisha's voice. I'm side-eying new girl. Sorry. (I know she's a wealth of inside info...but damn! LOL!)

Isn't it possible, with the sound issues, that the ladies are not hearing themselves? Kanadie? I'm not sure what specific sound issues you are referring to, but anything is possible on these large multi act events. It goes back to what I was saying. If you want the best chance to have your sound correct, you need to bring someone with you, that knows your needs. If are not willing to do this then you are most likely going to get what you get, because of lack of time from one act to the other. Does Adam have his own sound person? He did have someone for GNT, didn't he? Maybe the radio venues want to use their own people. Otherwise, I think Adam would definitely use someone he trusts and is used to working with. I'm just speculating here - I don't know how these things work but I did notice the ladies seem off at times. Hope it gets resolved. I love the energy they bring and they seem to love Adam and the band.

The two original women were great. Yep I have only noticed recently with new girl - her voice is sharper sounding and more dominating than previous singer - not being negative or anything against her just my opinion.

I know nothing lol, it's just what I read here and there. I agree with the speculation. If he intends to do a good job presenting the fashion show on friday, he should be here already. There must be rehearsals for the show, he needs to get acquiainted with the fashion in order to find something sensible to say. The show will be live and on national tv, I wish he is doing his homework. There also might be some interviews to do beforehand - and then there is the jetlag and a lot of other things to do, like Tutka etc. (Of course, boyfriend pics from NY would be nice but I don't see that happening, sic.) ETA Also Adam has work also on these days that the band has 'off'. Phone must be ringing, interviews and tv appearance on thursday etc.

Well at least they got his microphone working for the last 10 seconds... ??? "I don't even notice the stage, 'cause my eyes are transfixed on you!" PA Bridgeymah, I don't even notice the sound problems here, 'cause this performance is EPIC/AWESOME/FABULOUS/FANTASTIC/BRILLIANT/PHENOMENAL/GREAT/SPLENDID/SPECTACULAR/SUPER/ ... *I need Thesaurus here* He is so great to just watch! I LOVE when he dances his own moves. I'm enjoying this time because I know when the tour begins he will be choreographed, which is fun, but not as great as pure Adam. IMO. I could (and have ) watch him move all day!

While I agree the off-key singing is painful, I am not ready to throw the ladies to the wolves. I haven't had a chance to listen to all the vids, so haven't heard this yet. (And when I do, I'm often at work doing 10 other things with only one earbud.) Sounds like his own sound tech should be in his immediate hiring plans or maybe they were trying to get through the radio shows as lean as possible and didn't realize this was going to be such an issue. I can imagine he'd be a tough one, seeing as that he is bringing a full band, backups, and he is really singing – and his range musically and volume-wise are unlike the fast majority of performers. Are you looking for traveling work, Kanadie? ;D And Bridgey, I know you were joking, but anyone wondering about fit, it should never be an issue. As far as I've ever read, most professional ear monitors are custom made. They take an impression of your ears the same way they take impressions of teeth and the monitors are made to fit your ears exactly. Dang, I need those. I can never find ear buds that fit properly. :-/

Q102 Philly @q102philly No, thank YOU! We heart you! <3 RT @adamlambert: @q102philly thanks for having me tonight! Adam's parents taught him right. How many artists actually send "thank you notes" to the sponsors of a concert? ILHSFM
