The "lake house" could easily be in Sullivan County, NY, or Bucks County, PA. There are lakes all over that area. And the Delaware River. That view could also pass for parts of the Delaware River. Here's a place overlooking the Delaware River, with similar feel ourcountryhome.wordpress.com/2011/05/23/historic-settings-modern-flair-three-family-resort-destinations/The pool and balcony railings are old school. If that was a channel off the Hudson River in Upstate, NY - which the body of water looks a lot like - they would have been tastefully renovated. Sullivan County and PA (Which are right next to each other) have lots of Pocono flavored lake and riverfront houses. I am not familiar enough with PA - or even the possible Catskills and Jersey areas it could be - to give more opinion. But those are distinct possibilities. But they are in New Jersey! Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Do we have any NJ people here that know of lakes or rivers around that area? coming out of lurkdom to reply It may be Spring Lake, NJ. There are many lovely spots like this perhaps 40 min to an hour from shore area. The deck and that little pier really look like NJ to me.

HSM I need a karmic kreme vodka lolly!! --- NOW AFL will be referred to as a Grammy Nominated artist with a #1 Album and the best vocalist in pop/rock music. {{{I AM BEYOND FLAILING TO SQEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEING }}} First time ever~!! {{{REGARDING RADIO}}} It will happen. RCA wanted him to have a #1 album, and they did it.
They want him on CHR Radio, and they will do it.IF anyone can show me another case where an artist has headlined so radio promos and did not get adds from the stations, I will agree that the rules have been rewritten. But I do not believe they have been. Hellz yayah!!

But they are in New Jersey! Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Do we have any NJ people here that know of lakes or rivers around that area? Sorry, I missed that part. Sure that's not a red herring? That looks nothing like the Jersey Shore. Which looks like an ocean resort jammed with people. And a rental on the Jersey Shore two days before the season opens on Memorial Day be hard to get as they're prepping for the season. Now haven't been to the Jersey shore in eons, but it still looks like Coney Island meets Cape Cod. Some more Cape Cod, some more Coney Island. But it's ocean and flat. And crowded. There are boat channels that aren't wavy like the ocean, but not sure how they could be that high above them, and no way in the world the water would be that empty. There are lakes all over New Jersey. It is the Garden State for a reason not just a punchline. But as I said before, don't know the state well enough.

That picture could fit any lake, river house in the tri state area. Plenty of lakes & rivers in NY, NJ, PA etc.

Hey, you MD and VA guys, does this look like the EAstern Shore to you? That looks like the Poconos to me!! (PA) Not the Eastern Shore -- too hilly. They are playing Wilkes Barre so makes sense it is nearby. But they are doing that other gig near the Jersey shore on Friday morning

I'd like a kahlua and limoncello lolly please! I'm not driving anywhere and just busy flailing.
I just got back from 3 days in San Diego where my family celebrated my dad's 80th birthday. Just leave town for a few days and all h*** breaks loose! BTW, my parents used to live across the freeway from where Adam grew up, and we stayed close to there on this trip. A couple of days ago I was humming tunes from Trespassing and driving around the Carmel Mountain Ranch neighborhood with my sister to pick up the birthday cake -- Adam's high school was Mount Carmel (down the street from where we were -- literally). The area where Adam grew up is nice and VERY suburban. Whenever I visit that area and go to restaurants or the store, I always imagine that Adam was there not so many years ago.
I also waved at Eber's neighborhood on the way to the airport yesterday. Even on vacation, I am in Adamland!
BTW, about the backup singers and the sound in these concerts -- as a singer, I agree that if you can't hear yourself, you can't stay on pitch easily (or at all). Also, these concerts are being held in stadiums which were primarily built for sports and not for high-end vocal performance. In other words, the sound is usually pretty bad. The sound at the Tacoma Dome, where I heard Adam on the Idol tour, has HORRIBLE sound and I generally won't go to any concerts there.
