I thought that I had read some interview somewhere where Adam said he couldn't do the Olympics because it was for Brits only. This years theme is British musicians. They may get Paul Rogers. Hopefully not Martel. I saw him on Idol and thought it was really weird. I think he actually posed his answer as a question, like, "Won't that be for British artists?" But, as I said already, Queen IS British! May I add that it's not a theme "Britsh musicians" Like every country that hosts the Olympics choses it's own artists, it's only natural to pick British performers, and they have A TON LOL, BUT there are exceptions to the rule. In Greece we had a ton of Greek artists but we had Bjork and DJ Tiesto. Same thing happened to many other countries no need to mention everyone. |

Much as I love to see Adam with Queen at the Olympic, I don't think they would let him outshine British singers, because he definitely would. Besides, at this sport event, I don’t think they will focus much on the quality of singing or performance. It’s more like a show with glamorous stage and lighting. So, they may not need the best singer (who’s not even British) Just my opinion, and I wish I was wrong! I so want this to happen... but I'm betting on a medley of british singers first. :( |
