My daughter is a good example of what non-fans might be perceiving from his first two singles. She didn't like either one of them and after listening to NCOE she said that Adam needs to find music that's him. She has no interest in buying his album after hearing his singles. It makes me wonder how many other people are reacting the same way. I really wish RCA could have been braver and put out TP and Cuckoo or NL as the singles instead. Oh well. Does anyone think Adam will get a third single if NCOE flops? :-/ I think it's too early to wonder about a third single. We have no way of knowing. All we can do is request but...we've been doing that, for almost six months now, for both singles. Adam and the fans have done all they can. It's up to the label to push Adam to radio and I just don't see that happening. He had enough buzz around him when he released new music to get airplay, but they didn't get it. I mean c'mon, record labels can get airplay for foreign talent show contestants (OllyMurs, Cher Loyd) and they can't get it for Adam? Fans are getting tired. I know I am cause I've requested till I'm blue in the face. The people who are getting paid to do this need to step up their game. Yeah, I've been requesting down here in Louisiana, but they just don't play him. I've always felt that Adam would have to make it overseas and then possibly it would filter back over here. I guess next year we'll know if that worked out.

So I think RCA and Adam have this covered.Hope so

She doesn't really like TP and thinks Cuckoo is just alright.

Just curious, but why does your daughter get to decide what music is right for Adam? I would think he would be a better judge of that. For every negative story from someone's daughter or teenage neighbor or Joe Blow's young cousin twice removed, I guarantee I can come up with an equal number of positive impressions. Because she's smarter than everyone on the planet. ;D Why get so defensive? It's just her opinion and was used only as an example of what some are already thinking, like myself. Personally, I don't think Adam would have chosen either single if it had been up to him. I think RCA was the judge. I'll bow out now since we aren't suppose to talk about anything but numbers. Sorry.

Speaking of numbers, NCOE has now dropped out of the pop Top 200 on iTunes.

It's an example of what one young girl is thinking. If you took a poll of a hundred other young girls, their answers would all be different. One person is one example and doesn't prove anything. We have no idea what Adam would have chosen as a single. We have no idea if he was the one who pushed for NCOE to be on the album. We have no idea of what single he would want for single #3.

Do you all think radio would play NL? I mean, it's a suggestive title, and it's not from a female pop singer, it's Adam Lambert. I have my doubts. *sigh* I hope I'm so wrong. :-/
