Melliemom, don't give up! You were only trying to do the right thing. It's so easy to see something here or on twitter and run with it. I didn't know it wouldn't help get him on the countdown, and I'm sure others didn't either. It certainly can't hurt to watch the vid on Vh1. You always work so hard to help Adam get plays and attention. I, for one, appreciate it! You're a good Adam fan, just trying to do the best you can. Awww, you're welcome, melliemom. I love hugs!! And, I hate for anyone to feel bad when they're just trying to do the right thing. Thanks for the virtual hug.. I really needed that :-/

I thought I was doing the right thing.. I give up LOL! dont give up hunny, we would miss your determined passion. Thanks Anjalee.. I'm not going anywhere.. just need to lick my wounds a bit. There are all kinds of ways of saying things and I like being treated as a well meaning 3 year fan. Telling me that I'm asking people to waste their time kind of stung.. Not you of course . I love you Anjalee

Do Adam's pants at RAH fit him well? Is the lower crotch in fashion right now?
I don't know what's in fashion now but I had an issue with the fit on those pants. LOVED the jacket, tie, boots but the pants were too.....I don't know. Skinny pants would have looked cool. And, forgive me, but some sort of sheeny, straight legged, Italian cut pants (no belt loops) very retro 50's pants would have really looked cool with the jacket. But, then again, maybe it's just hard to configure a pant fit on him considering all the components.

Does anyone know the time difference between the US (any time zone, I can figure the rest) and Kiev? Or, guide me to the world clock, which I seem to have lost somewhere. I work every Saturday, but am home by 2PM CST, so it could be possible for me to be here when the show is on. I guess there's no way of knowing if we'll get vids or anything, but it's always fun to be here when there is a big show. And, this is going to be one BIG SHOW!!! So excited for millions to see Adam!!! YAY!!! Oh, and I was thinking last night that there is one gal in CA that sometimes ustreams from her tv. If there is someone here from Poland, or where ever else they get this on tv, maybe they could look into doing that? Just a thought!! 8-) Here's the World Clock: www.worldtimezone.com/And here's an NPR article about Kiev and the Aids problem there. Didn't realize how many are infected there: www.npr.org/2012/06/08/154437665/soccer-in-ukraine-brings-fans-fear-of-aidsThanks, evergreen. Looks like 8 hours difference for me. I might be cutting it close, but it depends on what time the show is. Hell, it might even be in the daytime, in which case I'll miss it altogether. Thank the universe for utube. Hope there are professional vids of this too. We've seen lots from the past concerts for this charity concert. Going back to read the other article you posted. TY ETA: I'm so bad at geography I had the wrong country...lol!! I think I got it right now. :

melliemom – keep the reminders and posts coming. Mod’s have opinions too. It doesn’t mean their opinion is the “right” opinion. I don’t see viewing the video as wasting time or voting on polls or requesting a waste of time. If someone logs in and sees 1,000 views versus 10,000 views – meaningful or not for showing up on some list – a person is more likely to watch because of the number of views. They will think that it is worth watching. It is exposure and can generate new fans and interest in Adam. Also, it is your time and my time and we choose how to spend it to support Adam. Just as some choose to buy multiple albums and have the resources and time to travel to shows, some others of us can only offer support in other ways through viewing, voting, tweeting, and sharing Adam information with potential new fans.

I second this. You are always so upbeat & that helps to offset some of the angst from posters like ME. ;D
MANY ppl on twitter were taken in by this so you are definitely not alone. I might have been too if I hadn't remembered from BTIKM that many videos on the countdown had far less than 20K views.

Adam's interview in Finnish media (new) www.mtv3.fi/helmi/rakkaus/artikkeli.shtml/2012/06/1562855/tahan-adam-lambert-ihastui-saulissa--rakkaus-uuden-levyn-inspiraationaA quick translation This is what Adam Lambert fell in love with Sauli, love inspired the new album- Adam's Trespassing album was inspired mainly by love, and also by heartache & insecurity. He says he has always been an outsider, but proud of it. It has given him strength. - he's happy that Finns love the album - he feels like he has now found his own "sound", he has been influenced by Michael Jackson, Prince, Madonna & George Michael - the relationship with Sauli is flourishing and it has changed him - love has given him security and safety and it inspires him in everything - there are many things about Sauli that he fell in love with, but especially that Sauli is so handsome, and also funny and honest (touched Adam saying this) - the cultural differences don't matter, they have learned to see how they are the same, not different -he and Sauli have the same kind of interesting experiences of publicity and being on TV. They both have had to get used to that ppl recognize their faces. That connects him and Sauli. Thanks for the summary. I also clicked on the site and they used some great photos!
