Isn't it up to RCA where the albums get stocked? Q3? For the most part it is up to the retailer or their agent what they stock. It is different in some countries -- in North America... there are authorized retailers and other retailers. There are retailers who receive direct shipments of CDs and there are retailers who buy through distributors. A few large US retailers have merchants who select and manage the music assortment. Many retailers -- including Walmart -- do not run their music departments. Food and Drug chains that sell CDs are usually stocked by a jobber (a 3rd party). Most retailers with small CD assortments use a distributor -- an example: www.sdcd.com/

So, that raises the question of whether Whole Foods folks really know what a great spokesman Adam is for WF, or whether just their Twitter managers know... : I know that Wood Foods is aware they they have a lot of support from US musicians -- because it is in official statement about stocking music in their stores -- back in 2008. Michael Besancon, senior global vice-president of procurement, distribution and communications (merchandising and marketing in most companies), probably has no idea that Adam is a walking ad for Whole Foods. But I am sure he is aware that many celebrities shop in their stores -- here is one of many lists: coolspotters.com/stores/whole-foods/and/celebritiesThere are so many celebs at the Whole Foods in West LA that there are often paparazzi there.

I just added them about 10 minutes ago! Only seeing a dreaded black box at bottom of page on iPhone... Scorned again! Like with "chat" at night...no can do mobile :-[ Sorry I can't do much about iPhones. The iPhone will not support Java applications of any kind. Steve Jobs said, "Java's not worth building in. Nobody uses Java anymore. It's this big heavyweight ball and chain." Java may be clunky but it is used a lot - especially for mobile devices.

Artists I saw at Whole Foods were "major" including Carrie Underwood! I would think Adam "aligns" more with the values of WF than Carrie, even though she has now come out for gay marriage.

If they play NCOE, it will be on the list again. Just send in a write in.
