We spoke to Lambert about how he dealt with working on some of the more personal songs with outside influence and he explained that having other people helping him with the tracks wasn't an issue because the ones that made the album simply "felt right": "I mean the songs that are on the album were the ones that felt right. So there were probably a couple of other sessions of other songs that didn’t gel, but these are the ones that felt organic and felt like they were the most honest and clearest reflection of me." "I think there’s a nice balance on the album, there’s a balance between the dark and the light. So that was important." Adam applied to play Galileo and they rejected him. He didn’t get through and we didn’t get the chance to meet him then. What is crazy for me is that a guy like him comes in and no one noticed him!?
Q: Who was punished for that?
A: Heads should have rolled because of that, but the organization doesn’t exist anymore and we backed off of Las Vegas. AI contestants has to sing in front of so many people or layers of judges before these contestants actually get to meet the show judges. I'm so glad that these people and the shows producers had noticed Adam's talent since the first layer and when they sent Adam to the next level they let them know to be in the look out of this theater kid. |

Brian's reaction is just amazing, 'heads should have rolled...' , I can only guess it means someone should have been punished, severely:) I wonder, since Adam says he was rejected a lot, if any of those who rejected him regret doing that now. I was wondering myself when found out that he auditioned for the WWRY in 2004/2005 and he didn't get the part. Adam mentioned about it in one of the interview he did that was posted in Atop couple of weeks ago. I think that's an interview he did in Canada. |

Thanks for the cute and tech savvy welcomes. I have been impressed with how much this group knows about the music business, and how well you are able to use your computers. It took me awhile to get up the courage to join such a smart bunch. My posts will be very plain Jane in content and visuals. I am on the other hand very faithful about contributing my part with requests (the PC way of course), CD purchases, concert tickets, charity support and online voting etc.
