I have always LOVED Master Plan! Still not fond of Strut, not even live. :-/ Ha gosh I thought the general opinion was the opposite ;D Love Strut! That song is how I forgave Kara Diaguardi, the worst song writer ever. And Loaded Smile is special. Master Plan is cool too, but the high notes in Strut always slay me. I am hoping that these upcoming casino shows will allow him the opportunity to play some stuff off FYE, my faves being Fever, DTRH, and Voodoo. Great interviews with Adam and Brian May! I cannot believe how excited I am for these upcoming Queen shows, even though I am not going. I am just hoping, praying for some good videos and maybe even one of these shows professionally videotaped and releases, oh dear god, please..... |

Oh man the strangest thing has happened. I think I like Master Plan  Maybe this means there's hope for Strut too... I have always LOVED Master Plan! Just got back from Rock of Ages. Glad Queen music was too early to be included in this movie. When the 2 males from Abba put the show together for MamaMia, it was cute and worked. This did not work. But I have to admit that Catherine Zeta Jones and Russell Brand stole the movie. Tom Cruise overacted. Alec Baldwin was quite funny too. Do not like Julia Hough's (Ryan Seacrest's girlfriend) voice. The critics have not been kind. It received a 42 on Rotten Tomatoes. I hope that Adam gets to do a movie one day. I just hope he is careful with project that he picks. |

Just got back from Rock of Ages. Glad Queen music was too early to be included in this movie. When the 2 males from Abba put the show together for MamaMia, it was cute and worked. This did not work. But I have to admit that Catherine Zeta Jones and Russell Brand stole the movie. Tom Cruise overacted. Alec Baldwin was quite funny too. Do not like Julia Hough's (Ryan Seacrest's girlfriend) voice. I'm being mean now.. Julianne Hough's 22 and gorgeous, sexy when she dances and was dating a country singer and didn't take her movie or singing carreer anywhere. Then she's dating a famous radio personality that's also a millionaire, she's already on her second lead roles. I like her.. and also like her brother. |

You know they pretty much changed the story to capitalize on Tom Cruise's star power. His character, in the play, is minor. But since they had him, for the movie, they made him a major role. The young man (can't remember his name) trying to become a rock star but working in the bar/restaurant is the star. The whole story revovles around him. Constantine played it in the play and did an excellent job. The play was so much fun! I don't think I am going to see the movie. |
