Thank you, Reihmer, for the birthday cake, and Gelly, for the Adam gif. Today is a milestone birthday for me as I turn 75 today, putting me in the "senior citizen" category, I guess. However, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you all know how much I enjoy this fan site. I had checked out other fan sites, but finally jumped into this one as the best and most comprehensive site. There are so many of you that I would like to call out, but for now, one in particular, and it's you, Q3, for setting up, organizing and maintaining this great site. First of all, there is so much info about Adam from videos, interviews, pictures, gifs, etc - in fact more than I can ever wish for. I also enjoy the in-depth discussions from such varied topics as the importance of radio play for Adam's career to gaining a much better understanding of what Burning Man is all about. With your new directive, Q3, I've been exploring some of the sub-topics, and right now am liking the Moon Journey sub-topic. A third, very important aspect of this site is the positivity, caring and compassion that I see daily. And finally, since I didn't come of age during the internet explosion, the interconnection here from all of you from all parts of the globe is still a wonderment to me - I love it - and that we are all connected in a common bond. It's a beautiful thing. As for Adam, well, I've been a music lover all my life - all kinds of music, classic, folk, rock, blues, jazz, opera, musical theater, the old MGM musicals, you name it -and I love it all. I've seen David Bowie live in concert, and I've also seen Queen live in concert when Freddie was in his prime. Now here comes Adam into my life when I'm in my seventies, and he has opened a whole new dimension of music to my life. He "makes me want to listen to music again". He is unique and stands alone - I compare him to no one. Adam has the finest tenor voice I have ever heard in my life with such a clarion purity that rings out from the highest notes that he belts out to the softer tones when pulling back in ballads - absolute beauty - and coupled with his charismatic stage presence, he is definitely one to be experienced live if at all possible. He is a true artist and a good man. I believe he will have a long career and he will continue to amaze us, delight us, and move us in the years ahead as well as in the here and now. I wish him the best as his career progresses and also on his life's journey. I am so glad he has come into my life and is now part of my life's journey - he is a tremendous talent and a beautiful soul - and he makes my heart sing. annala Thank you for putting into such beautiful words what I'm sure many of us feel about this place and Adam . Do have a wonderful birthday .

I know what "also" means . The issue was that they first tweeted only: Graham Norton Show @thegnshow This week, we welcome @iamwill, Miriam Margolyes & comic Greg Davies onto the sofa. Remember Miriam's last appearance?http://tiny.cc/cjb5fw4 hours later, after many people wondering why they didn't mention Adam in their tweet, they tweeted: Graham Norton Show @thegnshowalso this week, @adamlambert will be performing his latest single 'Never Close Our Eyes' from his album 'Trespassing'. #glamberts
So, it looks like they wouldn't have mentioned Adam at all, if people hadn't asked them about him being there or not. :( hadn't they mentioned him earlier?? isn't this pre-taped or something? I seem to recall a tweet or something about them being excited about him being there? No mention about him in their twitter earlier. It will be pre-taped on thursday and on TV in UK on friday.

But, don't you agree, it's a thrilling ride?! Thank you for taking the time to put your thoughts into words. What a great birthday gift to all of us!

Run4Roses @run4roses132 Go read! RT @requestadam: *IMPORTANT* Tips about being helpful re NCOE. Adam Lambert fans need to read this NOW! Plz RT wp.me/p24mml-FbCommon Sense Needs to Rule!requestadamlambert.com/2012/06/19/common-sense-needs-to-rule/Fellow fans: We are at a critical time with Adam’s latest single, “Never Close Our Eyes,” and there are a few things us fans can do to try to help. And I know everyone wants to help! 1) REQUEST. REQUEST. REQUEST. And that’s basically it…just request NCOE and go about your day (stations playing; other lists at top of web site). Engaging radio stations/personalities out of nowhere or attacking them if they state something we don’t like, gets us nowhere – if not behind square one! Even if it makes us momentarily feel better for letting off steam, it’s no excuse. We can’t badger or shame radio into playing X, Y or Z. Yes, fierceness can be good but we shouldn’t cross that clear line with radio. Plus, it’s RCA’s job to defend Adam to radio, not ours. (And just because we don’t see RCA making public statements to that effect, doesn’t mean the label isn’t doing it one-on-one with radio…of course they are!!) 2) If radio asks a simple question about Adam’s music, it’s OK to respond to the point – but THINK first. If a station asks which song you like the most on “Trespassing,” say his CURRENT SINGLE. This isn’t brain surgery…saying songs other than the current single makes it seem like even Adam’s fans don’t want to hear the song!! We know that’s not true, but it’s all about the perception we give out. more

Graham Norton has only HUGE names and if they're not HUGE worldwide they're Brits. It's the N.1 show. I honestly cannot see anything but a BIG WIN from all this. A big success from Shosh's part. Do you know if he mentioned Adam later on a tweet because they saw complaints? I didn't see any direct complaints to GN. They added him in one tweet by himself. A big win again. JMHO

I seem to recall them tweeting something about him when it was first learned he'd be on.
