Just saw someone tweet about this on twitter and I have to say I agree with them.
@richdimare
Many of you already have @adamlambert 's new album #Trespassing which is great...but what are your favorite 2 songs and why?
I read through the @ replies and everyone is naming everything except NCOE. Come on people this is a DJ from a top 10 market asking what your favorite song is. They have the song added to their playlist. Common sense says you say NCOE.
Another one tweeted that it's the best album she's heard in "40" years. Yup, that's just the audience they want to attract.

mshadows77, I gave it my best shot and I think Adam says, "Wut up honey-pie?" to a girl he was attracted to when he was single, at a party. I hear the same thing.

Graham Norton Show @thegnshow This week, we welcome @iamwill, Miriam Margolyes & comic Greg Davies onto the sofa. Remember Miriam's last appearance? t.co/fkAdxt0oHe doesn't mention Adam's name. Maybe he won't sit on the sofa? Or maybe he simply didn't include it? Or maybe I'm speculating without a reason. Perhaps Shosh can answer us. There is the answer almost immediately JB @flyteness1 Wait, is Adam not being interviewed on Graham Norton? @shoshannastone
shoshanna stone @shoshannastone @flyteness1 he is

I read through the @ replies and everyone is naming everything except NCOE. Come on people this is a DJ from a top 10 market asking what your favorite song is. They have the song added to their playlist. Common sense says you say NCOE. Another one tweeted that it's the best album she's heard in "40" years. Yup, that's just the audience they want to attract. When I was in sales, the constant refrain from the sales staff to the buyers was, "Give us stuff we can actually sell." Which was shorthand for, "Give us stuff that..." -- meets our customers' needs and desires. It's much easier to sell when you are TRULY giving them what they want. -- we can sell with honesty. It's much easier to sell if you TRULY believe what you're saying. -- we feel good about selling. Humans, even those in sales, are motivated at least in part by pleasure. -- is of good quality long-term and therefore will make the customer loyal to us. Return sales are a good good thing because it's much easier to sell to someone who comes in with an expectation of a positive result. Loyal customers also tell their friends/families/coworkers about us and send business our way -- business that's much easier to get a sale from because they have a positive belief at the start. Common sense says that fans will push harder to request songs they actually prefer over songs they don't. There's much more incentive to sell and more pleasure in selling something you believe in over something you don't....especially when you're not getting paid to do so and doing it only out of a desire to help someone else succeed. So if RCA chooses singles that don't resonate with his fanbase (or at least that portion willing to request and respond to DJs), that's on RCA. If radio says they want singles that don't resonate with the extant fanbase that requests from radio, then RCA needs to do their marketing research and create a marketing plan that will reach beyond the extant fanbase. They need to ascertain ways to get to the demo who will like those singles. And then motivate that demo. That's RCA's job. And common sense should also indicate every time a portion of the fanbase hears they they need to be invisible because radio doesn't want them, it makes them less interested in requesting from radio. It's a good way to diminish loyalty and interest.

Sometimes the muscial guest doesn't come over to the couch until after they have performed, so only for the very end bit. I'm guessing that's what he'll do. I hoped Adam would be on the couch from the start because there's so much interesting ground to cover. OMG yay for Miriam Margolyes tho. She is freaking genius on Graham Norton's show. Every time she is on I end up belly laughing. And I guess she'll love Adam. Greg Davies is going to make Adam look short - he's about 6 foot 8.
