I thought it was Another One Bites the Dust. And for me, today will be another down the rabbit hole day. I want to watch the concert again and check out reviews. July will be a killer with 5 more Adam/Queen concerts. My guess is I will get absolutely nothing done for about 10 to 12 days. I really do not think there was a forgotten song -- the concert matches the band set list. Brian was great and on fire, but appeared to play a "false start" of a song at one point. I agree with your comments. I believe the question had to do with a moment when Brian was watching Adam do the back and forth with the crowd during ABTD and missed an entry. Not about being critical. It was all fun and wonderous. |

Watching the Euro Cup finals match on TV. The announcers just mentioned the concert last night. I'm paraphasing - one announcer said "There was a concert last night with Elton John and Queen in the square." The other announcer said "Yea Queen with Adam Lambert. We need to mention that because it was most important since he was singing Freddie's part'"
So "Yay" he got mentioned during the game as well!!!!
(If anyone is interested, Spain is winning 1 - 0. And the shorts are cute too! *wink*)

The show was the largest social and cultural event of Euro 2012 and attracted hundreds of thousands of people on the main square of Ukraine and was seen by millions of viewers on TV screens throughout Ukraine and Poland. In recognition of the importance and the charitable status of this project, the musicians who performed last night waived their fees. The concert was held under UEFA support one day before the Euro 2012 final in the official Fan zone of the football championship. It was broadcasted live on Ukrainian and Polish Television. Adam Lambert said last month that he knows that he can't replace Freddie Mercury in his shows fronting QUEEN — but he doesn't intend to let anyone down either. He told the Daily Mail that when he performs with the remaining members of QUEEN, Brian May and Roger Taylor, he will learn from the experience. more

Not only do I think Adam is the best singer in the world, I also think he is the most beautiful man in the world. :D :D :D Colour me crazy!!!! 4everadam , there's this thingy called 'marquee' in the 'add tags' section, when you post the pics like you normally do ( but they have to be next to each other!), you just mark them all and then click 'marquee' |
