One thing that can't be captured in words, so of course I'm trying to, is the enJOYment factor of the concert, the consistent high quality of musicianship, and the contagion of the fun between/among those on stage and those in the audience.
I bet they were all on such a high afterwards, but then floating, then exhaustion. There was so much joyful energy exchanged on that stage.
I got the same type of chills with Adam singing WWTLF--as I get when hearing him own Is Anybody Listening?--the best feeling one gets in a great performance when you are both enjoying yourself to the max, knowing you are witnessing something you know you'll never forget, and don't want to forget. The performance resonates in your mind, heart, and gut simultaneously.
ETA: what m45maia said more eloquently while I was typing. Trying to compare to the incomparable.

omg.... I am sooo dead. Watched till 4am, then napped, and back up, watching again. WWTLF is so freaking beautiful. The fans seeing this live, are so lucky... I can't even imagine.

CANNOT stop playing WWTLF. It may have become my number 1 live Adam performance, ever. I may eventually come down off my cloud enough to write about the performance in the masterclass, but, for now, listen/watch Adam power it up in one magnificent breath from 1:55-2:08. Incredible. Love how he has mastered the throwdown exit -

I agree with your comments. I believe the question had to do with a moment when Brian was watching Adam do the back and forth with the crowd during ABTD and missed an entry. Not about being critical. It was all fun and wonderous. Brian said in his blog, "I was at times quite mesmerised by what Adam was doing and sometimes forgot to play !! ha ha. " << direct quoteThis is what the original poster was referring to. Yep, that is what I was referring to. I wanted to figure out where/when/at what Brian was "mesmerized." I know no one forgot a whole song! I phrased it awkwardly. I am in love with the concert.

When Adam's music is reviewed or his performance, it is always in comparison to--------------. The human mind is at a loss for the incomparable. There is an unknown we have a hard time putting into words. Maybe the unknown is the emotion which he stirs in us. It's the "feeling" we are left with, as we often say, "no words". That feeling is what makes us the force we have become in backing him and supporting him. That is why we are "always there for him". So many amazing posts today ! Well said !!! :D

Many thanks to AleksandraKV for the last 1 hour and 51 minutes of mesmerized... Quick, before Brian winds up Tie Your Mother Down...where do I find the version without the encore cut off again? Always make sure it is the 2 hr one and not the 1 hr.51 minute one

Okay, while I'm being all needy and waiting to hear the full encore...
Dayum that was fun.
Clearly a dress rehearsal in many ways (some of the songs seemed to end sort of abruptly, what was that?) but certainly not going to play nitpick. Some relatively incoherent thoughts:
1) Honestly I had forgotten the extraordinary variety of music that Queen have written. Such great music and nothing is ever predictable. Brilliant stuff.
2) I thought the Freddie inclusions were handled so tastefully and that was hard to do. BR was superlative...loved the duet. They would have sung so well together.
3) My wistful longing for Rock Adam is now fulfilled, at least for now. As for my favorite Adam singing Queen...it's still TSMGO. He Kicks Ass on that song.
4) Loved all the guys in the audience who knew every word and were singing along.
5) If they ever start an organized religion based on Brian May as the Supreme Being, I will happily sell all of my belongings to join and shave my head if necessary. Jeeeeeesus that man can play. Jaw-dropping.
6) It's official: Adam's testicles are built of titanium, because that's the kind of courage that took. Those songs are just so entrenched in rockdom with Freddie's voice in them that anything else should sound just wrong. Adam did an utterly remarkable job.
7) He owned those benches by the time the last thirty minutes rolled around. So fun to watch him have so much fun.
8) Last one, I promise: I was astonished at Adam's ability to sing so well in the very low end of his range. We had a hint of that in "Runnin," but I didn't realize he could sustain it so well.
Bravo!!!
(Running to the bathroom as I have needed to for the last 111 minutes and didn't want to take the time!)
ETA: Thank you so much mys*&@^#r!
