ETA - My power is back!!!!! Thank you darling linemen from the Mississippi and Alabama power companies!! If you have time, call your customer service department at the power company and thank them for getting your power back. It's really fun...I do it after every power outage. First of all, they are so thrilled to hear something positive they don't know what to say. One rep put out a company-wide email about it "because this will make everyone's day." Second, we get our power back here quicker than anyone, even though we're in the boonies at the end of the line with only two other houses that are only summer places. Win/win! Happy for you! |
