Here's my QAL London 1 full show mp3 audio download link: Copy & paste into web browser, deleting space in "ht tps": ht tps://mega.co.nz/#!WMF2iK4L!1Cf-CpPT_zBm9ijcAr73VZlzDW6KmaO_qDaRq5Q6HoU Clickable link: tinyurl.com/obwxvzzI converted this directly from the raw WAV files without any improvement. The volume is rather low if playing on PC speakers, but it is ok using headphones. The raw WAV files sound WAY BETTER than this mp3 conversion. This is because I really need to increase the volume before converting to mp3. However, the people around me were clapping VERY LOUD and this loud clapping is maxing out the allowed distortion free volume limit. I need to do some serious editing to decrease the loudness of the clapping, then increase the volume of the whole audio, and then split it into individual files. Likely this will not happen till I return from my trip and have access to better software than I have on my travel laptop. Here's a link to my London 2 full show audio. The volume is much better on this one, but there is a little more talking. I will post split files of this audio when I get a chance, hopefully before the next concert. We are holding our own, against 3 fan groups!! Talon, do you think Queenies are voting? Is there any awareness of this poll on Queen boards? (asking as I didn't see anything, but I only know of QOL and QZ, and I don't check FB at all.) Um...I am! I think some are probably but polls aren't really a Queen fan thing. So I would bet honestly it's mostly Glamberts...:D Thank you Dancy for the full audio! And thanks videographers!

Someone else may have already pondered this, but I wonder, especially after watching the incredible vids from Newcastle and Glascow, if John Deacon would attend any of the shows. They're practically in his back yard right now, LOL. I know he's retired, but I wonder if he's seen Adam and Queen live at any point. Would be lovely to hear if he loves Adam as much as the rest of the world does! Better chance of Jesus Christ attending the gigs.

As for the guide - it really was a labor of love - I'll have to go back in and update with the new tour and info! But I love doing it and love that people discover my favorite band through it "Discover" is an understatement talon. I've learned everything I know about Queen from Adamtopia, your guide especially. Your posts and Q3's posts and so many others that share their love and knowledge of Queen here have taught me so much. But the best part of all this is that I'm TOTALLY in love with Queen now. My previous knowledge consisted of the hits played on American radio only. Now I'm discovering this amazing catalog. Some I recognize (that was Queen?) but most I'd never heard. (And don't even get me started on Brian May!) So from the bottom of my heart I thank you all. I love this place. Aw shucks....

Awww I hope you never leave us You are part of our Glamily I don't think the end of this tour is the end of Adam and Queen. I don't think it for a minute. Not while Brian and Roger are fired up and healthy. There will be one-offs etc and I don't think the relationship they forged will not fructify in other ways. JMHO Thanks Oh I'm sure I'll stick around - maybe not quite as active - unless of course who knows...maybe A3 will capture me! AND theosgma - I hope not. I also hope that maybe Adam will inspire B&R to just do more music - I know they 1don't want to work with another singer...but maybe just get them going to do some more solo work even :D

Lovely to hear your input, talon! I actually have the exact same Innuendo wish list as you. All God's People is my fourth biggest QAL set list pipe dream altogether...that's the one song in the entire catalog that Adam cannot possibly "oversing" no matter how hard he tries. However, re: Miracle songs, I prefer Scandal to The Miracle and Breakthru...but that's just my opinion Also, I have not yet thanked you for the Queen guide (well, I wasn't on ATOP while it was being written, but I've checked it out a few times recently). It's truly an invaluable resource with a staggering amount of detail. So thanks! I'm gonna have to check out the BBC version of Spread Your Wings....I have not yet listened to anything other than the album version. :D All God's People is very underrated...to me it's Queen doing a Broadway musical number...almost belongs in The Lion King or something. I'm glad Freddie brought it out of his solo Barcelona sessions to let the others get some input in. Miracle - absolutely...to each their own. As for the guide - it really was a labor of love - I'll have to go back in and update with the new tour and info! But I love doing it and love that people discover my favorite band through it

This is a bit of a review followed by video of some of the best work by Queen. I removed the videos -- but left the song titles. The link to entire article with videos is at the end. Queen: A Hidden Kind Of MagicThursday, 15 January 2015 [article] >>>> Link: www.stereoboard.com/content/view/188918/9 Thank you for sharing this article, Q3! Fangirling incoming... (note: everything I'm writing is my own opinion; I'm no talon-ish expert, just a fan)It's like a random writer made a list of my favorite Queen songs with only a couple of exceptions. I could really, really, REALLY get behind QAL taking on three quarters of this list. The only headscratcher to me is "One Year of Love" - probably my least favorite Queen song in the entire catalog. I've tried listening to it quite a few times, but it just doesn't do anything for me. A boring 80's ballad...with so many other down tempo songs that are 100 times better (White Queen, Lily of the Valley, Nevermore, You Take My Breath Away, Save Me, Melancholy Blues, LOML, Teo Torriate, Don't Try So Hard, WWTLF) I don't get why anyone would want to hear this instead? I also find "Spread Your Wings" to be a little meh...I love it lyrically, but I don't find it as...musically dynamic as other Queen songs. Other than that... Father to Son - HELL YES. I jam out to this daily multiple times a day and never tire of it, even the slightest bit. And just when I think I want to repeat it, it fades into White Queen, and I have no choice but to listen to White Queen because it's so effing beautiful. Was It All Worth It - I absolutely adore this song, but I don't know how the lyrics would sound coming from Adam Lambert, a man at the relative beginning of his career who hasn't exactly had the same life experiences as Freddie. Scandal - Adam's voice could soar on this one! I would be very interested to hear live instrumentation. It's Late - Another one of my absolute favorites from the Queen catalog. Would love to hear six to seven minutes of this song a night. The guitar solos....the "scenes"/verses....*melts* Prophet's Song - Absolutely epic. YES. You Take My Breath Away - What can I possibly say about this song? It's the single most gorgeous song in the entire catalog, hands down. Liar - A great showcase for the entire band, as shown in the Rainbow. Hitman - This song rocks, but it wouldn't be my first choice from Innuendo! Yes thank you Q3! I would have missed this good article. Anytime an article goes beyond GH, I like to see what they say. AND queenofthenight I mostly agree with you...I even agree on One Year Of Love - One of my least favs in the catalogue as well. The sax is out of place and I even think Freddie should have dialed it back and done a more low key performance. So I have no desire to hear this one.... Spread Your Wings though I'd disagree - LOVE this one especially if they choose to do the BBC upbeat rocking ending. as for the rest? Father To Son - Queen doing The Who before going into White Queen - just perfection on record. Scandal - Many feel it is underrated and I agree - however there are others even from The Miracle I would rather hear (The Miracle for one, Breakthru for another, and.... Was It All Worth It? - I see what you mean about the lyrics but I'd let it go because the song is very powerful...a great encore number. It's Late? I would die. GREAT song. If I had to choose one song to encapsulate Queen - this may be it...Dramatic, rocking, powerful vocals, beautiful meaning. Just a great song. Then again I might have to choose..... Prophets Song - In a previous post I said that Freddie wrote the bizarre, artistic tracks - well this is the exception - Brian pulls a Freddie and almost matches Bo Rap. YTMBA - we all know now Liar - Back in the this was THE number. Fans screaming for it, and Freddie having to tell them they'd get to it. Dramatic, rocking - it would be great... Hitman - would be an interesting choice - it is extremely rocking though it does drone on a bit....i agree with QOTN that there are others on the album I'd rather hear (Innuendo, Ride The Wild Wind, Don't Try So Hard, All God's People)

With Adam's new record company and his new album.. The Adam Queen haters will have no more reason to fear Adam taking over Freddie's legacy and IMHO the hate will come to an end. After this Queen and Adam tour is over, Queen fans are going to really miss Adam with Queen.. Just my thinking and opinion.. You know you never know what you have until you lose it. Nobody can replace Adam With Queen in today's music scene. It's a win win for Adam all the way around. I can't stop smiling Not just haters. When it does end, I'll miss him. I mean I may nitpick about some things (still not a huge fan with the harder rock stuff - he handles the pop, midtempo, and ballads EXTREMELY well) but when he's done, if he decides to completely leave them behind, I will definitely miss it. It's nice to see Queen as an active band again. Granted I'll always have some archive releases and I'm sure Brian will do some work with Kerry, maybe Rog will do another solo album - but its nice seeing B&R together making that wonderful big noise again...and when Adam goes - that's all done and that's sad. I mean, I'm happy for Adam and you guys for when that happens - glad he gets a serious shot and he's 30 years younger than Queen and a long career ahead of him after Queen is forced to retire - but I admit it'll be a bit bittersweet to me. But that's just me Carry on with the celebrations and the optimism and the dreams of such a wide open future for your obsession!
