I can't stop listening to Save Me from Glasgow. First, Brian May is sadly underrated as a composer. That song is beautiful melodically, and touching, lyrically. The combination pulls all the emotional strings. Then, to hear Adam caress it so tenderly, so delicately andsparingly before building to the lyrical and melodic climax - and brilliantly adding the high D5 to the climax for emphasis. Finally, to hear Brian's guitar sing as gently and melodically as Adam's voice. A divine performance. And only the second time they performed it? Priceless. Now that I have pretty good handle on Queen catalog it's crazy, but I think Brian May might be my favorite song writer out of these four. In the past I always thought that Freddie wrote all these songs. Even Queen fans seem to lack respect for May's songwriting Brian is the most consistent writer of the four....I've always broken it down like this: Freddie: The genius. The most out there, artistic, brilliants songs are his. BUT with his out there genius sometimes comes a little overwroughtness. I always like Brian's songs..almost every single one. But the most brilliant artistic songs are almost always Freddie. Freddie was kind of the Lennon to Brian's McCartney. Freddie is the genius, Brian's got the hooks. F - Bo Rap, March of the Black Queen, Was It All Worth It, The Miracle, Somebody To Love, Lap of the Gods, Ogre Battle, Seven Seas, It's A Hard Life, Get Down Make Love Brian: The most consistent. He always writes a good song. They don't stray far from his vision....either a straight ahead rock song, or a straight ahead ballad but they are always good. Sometimes a bit Schmaltzy, but always the best power ballads B - Save Me, WHo Wants To Live Forever, We Will Rock You, Fat Bottomed Girls, Show Must Go On, White Queen, Hammer To Fall John: Didn't write much but could write the perfect pop song. Not going to stretch the imagination too much, but what he does he does well. J - AOBTD, Break Free, Spread Your Wings, You're My Best Friend Roger: He used to be the strangest...most new wave, most raw songwriter...he got a pop sensibility and his songs are similar to each other, but they seemed to get better with age.... R - Radio Ga Ga, AKOM, Days Of Our Lives, Tenement Funster, Drowse, Rock It, etc.

Great to see! *entitled fan alert* - I know...I know...I am so thankful for all Glamberts without whom I would barely see video as Glamberts CRUSH Queen fans as far as streams/YT Vids....I do remain hopeful that Queen fans come through with complete audio recordings...the QPR European tours were well documented with recordings so I wait for those...BUT to get back...I wish the video would fade back just a touch...I want to see all three of them during it. The acapella opening is fine, but I love watch Rog sing backing vocals while drumming! But I'll stop complaining Just great to see anything afterall!

talon - that TYMD is a ton of fun. Thanks for the videos earlier today, too. (Or was it yesterday?.....) It's been great learning about and appreciating Queen the last couple of years, thanks to you. So lucky to have you here. Well that was fun! It sounded a little bluesy to me. Thanks Talon! No problem. It's fun being here and passing on what I have learned

Talon, you may be right about "Drowse". I just think it would be so great to hear Roger doing it live I hope it appears. If they add TSMGO, seem like they will almost have to take out an Adam song. On IWIA vs DSMN -- I think this current collab does a much better job with DSMN (a better song for Adam), and I thought IWIA was just OK based on the livestream which is not a great way to judge. In general, I would trade out IWIA for a pre-synth era rock song. I don't dislike it, just with 16 mandatory songs, I have about 100 songs I would rather hear in that slot. I know! I really hope it appears. That would give Queen fans a nice treat. I get the idea of the pre-synth rock song also but to me it's fun :D

Agree! It sounded Country, to me, in 2012. Now it sounds Rock! lol...I'll forgive you. Bri's not quite the rock voice anymore. He never was a great leading frontman rock voice. His voice is well more suited to backing vocals and the nice acoustic number. Country? Perhaps in his mind he was doing his yeehaw country style TYMD:

The mix is much better tonight....not sure if it's the actual sound production or the arena itself...but either way everything is much clearer

Brian's mic pushed up for his vocal section in IWIA and I like how clearly that Rog and Adam both answer him in that little echo section. Much clearer now. Rocking version tonight
