BTW, I LOVE Shout -- actually, I love Tears for Fears and have that album (Songs from the Big Chair). Adam's version is more rock and his voice is amazing. I also enjoyed Time For Miracles.
I'm glad to see him changing things around -- he's always interesting, isn't he? ILHSM.
Cassie -- I know you had posted awhile back about backing tracks on this tour -- and I don't think he's using them, either. I'm actually glad about this because although the sound is a little less "full" at times, it gives Adam a chance to really improv around the melody lines of the songs. The Vajayjays are sounding good, too!

A little OT but here is the link to a really interesting and thought-provoking article about auto-tune and it's use/misuse and history. It's long, but definitely worth a look: www.theverge.com/2013/2/27/3964406/seduced-by-perfect-pitch-how-auto-tune-conquered-pop-musicI'm sure that Adam has used auto tune a little in the studio, and this article explains why this might not be a bad thing -- I liked the quote the inventor of it used to describe good use of it as similar to his wife wearing make-up. Interesting.

Now this size of venue is more like it! I know smaller venues are fun, but this is rock star territory!

My sister travels to China periodically for business, and she says the nice hotels in China are really amazing. I'm happy for all of them -- especially Adam!
