I get the angry bear when I try to go to the next page, but when I reload the next page comes up. You're right, ayleim, it's odd. I'm so confused...

This is too funny -- I just read the course description for one of my new classes in Mental Health Counseling, and our project is to write a paper about developing a counseling plan for a client -- here's the good part: we can choose a real or fictional person to write about. From the course description: Part 1: “Getting to Know Your Client” Before embarking on your counseling plan, you must first select and “get to know” your client. When selecting your client, you may decide between the following options: Option 1: Select a famous person (past or present). Option 2: Select a fictional character from literature, movies, or television (past or present). Once you have selected your client, analyze his or her unique situation. Okay, now three guesses (and the first two don't count) as to who I want to write about...hmmmm...have you guessed yet? OK, i give up. Who is it? Curious about his "unique situation"? Now that is a very good question...unfortunately, I think Adam is actually too well-balanced to need counseling in real life! I'll have to think about it-- hey, I know -- he's really an alien from a sparkly planet! There we go!

Speaking of Burning Man -- right now I might be the only person at our camp and that would be sad! If you have thought of going, this might be a great year to do it! The group that went last year had a good time, and we have some stuff already in place. Please let me know if you might be interested by pm or by posting on the BM thread, and I will do my best to talk you into going with me! A few other atopers will be there, but not with the camp we were with last year.
Do you wanna party?

OT Post for Austin & Houston atop folks --
I will be in Houston from June 17-23 for a required week long program for my Master's degree. We will be meeting at the Hilton Americas downtown and the Convention Center across the street. Now here is my question -- I am thinking of flying in a couple of days early and/or staying a couple of days after the residency. I'm thinking of flying in and out of Austin so I can have fun there and perhaps meet some of you lovely people. Anyone going to be around in Houston or Austin in June? Any suggestions for good places to go or eat in Houston or Austin? Please pm me and let me know!
Bless! Lisa

To mayumi and Theosgma - wishing your loved ones strength and a speedy recovery. Thoughts and prayers with you both. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families as well. Also, 4EverAdam, my thoughts are with you on the loss of your furry baby -- I have lost a few kitties and still miss them (they are my children). Blessings to one and all -- and don't forget to take a few minutes to remember joy each day!
